    I placed two orders with Dyme Lyfe and had items to return due to poor fit. As instructed on their website, I filled out paper return forms (which were also emailed to them), which included the tracking information, as they do not generate return labels. The items were confirmed received by Dyme Lyfe on 10/5/24. However, to date, they have only refunded me for the one item that was part of Order #*****, and have refused to refund the two returned shirts from Order #*****.I have emailed customer service and submitted online "Contact Us" forms numerous times over the last few weeks to no avail. Most recently on 10/21/24 I was advised that the second refund would be processed in 2-4 business days but now we are going on nearly a month since my returned items were received, and no refund ********* a ******************* alum, I really liked this company and the story behind it, and have worn their gear for nearly a decade to Hurricanes games. It's a shame to see they have completely lost touch with their customers and are refusing to provide a refund. I hope this is resolved before I issue a chargeback dispute through my credit card. Do the right thing, Dyme Lyfe.

    I ordered an item for $75.00 on December 9th. I keep trying to track the order and the service says no item received for shipment. I have emailed many times to find out wher my order is and no one responds to my emails and submitted questions on the website. This was a christmas gift for my gandson and needs tobein ********** by the weekend.

    I finally heard from them after I filed the complaint and wrote a negative review on their FB page, in addition to emailing them telling them I filed the complaint. They supposed to have sent the order tonight, but I have heard that before.

    I am highly disappointed in the oder my shipment was received everything came separate. I always got a 3xl which the Fabric has changed. The 3xl fits like a 2xl. When the shipment came it was delivered but a pair of shorts never came. I brought two outfits and only received two shirts and one pair of short. I reached out before and no answer, email, phone call, or even an reply. I disappointed with this website. This is and was my go to for my husband hurricane gear now I'm having second thought about this website. There is no number to call to talk to anyone about the shipment issues. I can honestly say never again. With that being said the green hurricane shorts pocket is sewin to far down on one side. Like I said earlier the 3xl fits like a 2xl. You will be receiving this clothing back.

    On 9/25/23 I ordered a hat and a shirt. Order #*****. On 9/30/23 I received the hat but not the shirt. I was informed a few days before I received the hat via email that the shirt would be coming in a separate order a little later. Today on 11/28/23 still no shirt. I have visited their website on three different occasions each time I have left them an email asking for an update on my shirt. Most recently a week ago on 11/21/23. I have yet to have a response. I have tried researching the company and have managed to find two phone numbers. One phone number listed as their number is not DYME Lyfe the other is a number that after several rings goes to some womans voicemail but the message does not identify this person as being affiliated with the company. So after the third try I am reaching out to you to help get this resolved. I would really like to have the shirt I ordered but if they cannot produce the shirt I am requesting a refund.

    This company had a special of buy 3 for $50 so I made the purchase. Once I received the package the items ran very small and were poor in quality. I started the refund process and was told I would recieve my money back plus the money I had to pay for shipping it back. I just got a notice that I was only being refunded 38 dollars when I paid 58 plus $14 for sending the items back. They didn't refund me for one of the items. This has been a terrible company to purchase anything from and I won't make this mistake again. Also, they have no number to speak with someone and use a third party company for customers. It takes days to recieve an email from them with a resolution.

    Ordered a hat and t-shirt from the company. Received the shirt and no hat. No refund for the hat nor communication on why i didnt receive it. Emailed them numerous times trying to get a reply, even sent messages on ******** and Instagram requesting someone to please contact.

    I placed an order on August 12 2022. I am missing 3 items from this order and I have sent multiple inquiries to get an update on the missing items. I have gotten conflicting information in reference to the missing items. I have yet to received a resolution on this order and it has been weeks of me sending over emails to no avail. The missing items have a value of $160.00

    I ordered two shirts (order #*****) on 9-12-22 and have no idea what's going on with the order because I haven't received any updates. I emailed once and received a generic response. I waited and emailed again stating that I no longer want the items ordered and want a full refund because of their poor customer service and lack of communication. There should always be a customer phone number to be able to talk to a live person and will never do an online order with any place again that I can't find a customer service phone number again prior to ordering. My email can easily be ignored making the customer feel helpless. NEVER AGAIN!!

    Made a purchase on their website and the shirt is too big. There is no way of contacting them for a replacement other than email. Sent in an email a week ago and nothing in return.
