      Somewhere in the neighborhood of 4-5/2023,contacted HFA about April via automated text message with *************** (AKA ******) advised via video on **************** advertising. Advised had contract with a large hotel chain/group to offer boutique hotels on AirBnB special section, my understanding were acquainted with the CFOAIRBNB, profitability would take place in ~***** days per above video. Shifted me to Slack channel one could assume people were in ***********. Took them weeks to respond they cited not having enough staff. Advised to list my own house to gain credibility with AirBNB. Raised some alarms and red flags (Why would you need to do this if you are doing what you are supposed to be doing and listing on AIRBNB and friends with the **** Video). Contacted Sales, I have been contacting them for months requesting a refund. Stopped responding Did not rent a single rental / cant fully access to see my investment it will allegedly mess with critical business operations. Sent Certified letters via councilor as need to pay credit card. Called the # on their website Since been removed. My understanding was I give them my credit card to pay for the room, which was not immediately asked for after the booking they would just pay it back from AirBNB, they also said they could only list so much in each account so needed me to have an account. Looked around and found a disjointed action as numerous customers in February filed against them as they would do the scam thing stated they could do this arbitrage investment and just needed investors. Investors immediately suspended and left in debt. They then tried to like Bait and Switch 8-9 months later here to a different program IE. Shopify, Amazon. First attorney left him. Alleges not involved in the day-to-day business, per drug dealer, just create a shell company scam people. Now in debt, knew in February wouldnt work. ******************************************************************************************************

      I paid $35,000 for Airbnb automation service as a passive income opportunity in August, 2023. I was promised significant income by month 4 and shown projections for recovery of investment by month 10. It is now 4 months later and I have 1 booking and listings are disabled due to "maintenance" and now a dispute with a software vendor. I have been "handled" by the support staff with more promises of satisfaction but no results, no delivery and more general comments about "we will keep you posted on our progress. Please be patient". Operations also deleted my listings without replacing them. I asked for a refund then since this is a dishonest practice and certainly when no explanation. Now, after 4 weeks of no income or potential income, I have repeatedly asked for refund. Responses are that Management has heard my request. There is no answer. I directly messaged owner and founder ***************************** with no response. I reach out to the sales person for other contacts to complain. No response.

      To whom it may concern,  

      Since the time I made this complaint to the BBB, Hands Free Automation (HFA Consulting) has refused to return my money and refused to communicate with me.    The listings they promised to deliver on airbnb on my behalf for a share in the proifts were all suspended by airbnb and now airbnb has deactivated my account.   They also made an guarantee to refund if my investment was not reached within 2 years.    They are not able to fulfill their obligation due to the airbnb deactivation of my account.     I demanded a refund.   HFA refused and is now refusing to communicate.    They just took $35,000.   I am over 60.

      I made a Consumer Fraud complaint to the ************* ************************* since HFA is located in ************, **.     I am about to make another complaint to the police.     Additionally, HFA is now doing business as WealthWayVR.com and HandsFreeAutomation.com site is no longer online.     Furthermore, HFA has at least 8 complaints with the ************************* in the last 2 months.    ********************* is the owner along with ************************     Please help me get my money back.

      I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding a financial transaction that occurred on June 12, 2023, involving HFA Consulting LLC. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam orchestrated by this entity, resulting in a substantial loss of $26,497.The premise presented to me involved wiring the mentioned amount to create a "Hands-Free Automation" Airbnb account, promising a lucrative residual income ranging from $6,000 to $9,000 per month. The concept was centered around the notion that as a consumer, I would need to do nothing but collect the income, returning 40% of each monthly profit to them. The appeal of this investment was heightened by testimonies from purportedly successful individuals.Regrettably, this turned out to be a bait-and-switch tactic, marked by deceptive practices and a profound level of fraudulence. The entire scheme was designed to mislead consumers like myself, ultimately defrauding hard-earned funds.At this juncture, I am resolute in my pursuit of justice and demand the immediate restitution of every dollar unlawfully taken from me. I will persist in seeking a resolution until a satisfactory response is provided.I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolution.

      On October of 2022, after speaking with a sales man called *** from Hands Free Automation I invested $24,443 to list properties in Airbnb and VRBO for me to generate passive income. They promised me that I will be receiving between 6K to 9K a month, months went by and nothing happened due to the bad management they have my account will always be suspended for not following Airbnb rules. After six months of keep sending them messages to all the people in Slack (which is the only way to communicate with them) because I tried the email and phone number listed on the agreement and nobody answered the phone or replied to my email. In February of **** they offered me a Shopify store and until today nothing had changed. They dont answer any of my messages I have been completely ignored. I just want my money back

      HFA has breached contract several times. I started with them as an AIRBNB client then by no fault of my own HFA caused my account to be deactivated within 2 days of being active. I requested a refund and they declined. Then they switched me over to a Shopify Drop shipping plan. This cost me more out of pocket that was not agreed to. My account with this also kept getting disabled due to their negligence. We came to another agreement that they would credit me ****** and chage from my original 31k investment for advertising cost. They had entered their credit card and have had many failed payments. I am at my **** end now that they have failed another payment and account has been disabled for another 3 days now. They are costing me to lose sales. They keep going through managers and the last President in charge made several promises that did not happen and now I find out he left the company. I have contacted HFA several times yesterday and today with ZERO response. I want a refund of my 31k.

      I paid $31,497 on 10/25/22 to have them list and manage properties on AirBnB and VRBO to generate passive income after speaking with a salesperson. After nearly two months of attempting to get a single property listed on AirBnB and VRBO and having my account banned/suspended on numerous occasions due to their activities violating the policies of AirBnB and VRBO (which I was assured during the sales process that they wouldn't), I still do not have a single property listed on either platform, not a single dollar of revenue has been generated, and the company has quit trying to get my accounts restored to list properties.. All along the way as I've asked questions on our Shared slack channel to help resolve the issues with AirBnB and VRBO, my questions have been deflected and unanswered. I sent two emails to their customer support email address and have received no response. The salesperson that I spoke with has been unresponsive. The company has refused to refund my money and instead offered to switch my service to managing an Amazon or Shopify store on my behalf, which would entail me sending them at least $5,000 per month to "advertise" the products they supposedly would sell on my behalf. They have failed spectacularly at fulfilling the basic requirements of our service agreement, and I just want my money back. If necessary, I will take them to court and report them to the authorities.

      I bought the service back in 8/29/2022 and today is 11/04/2022. It has been two months and since the start there has been so many issues. I have so many people messaging me to resolve the issues and I am just so confused about the whole process. No one has emailed me or reach out to me on the phone to fully explained what is happening and how or who exactly is handling the problem. I put in $31,297 to be exact into this service and yet I have not seen $1 coming back to me. I do understand the account get block/suspended but it started before they even delivery anything worth $31,497 that I put in. The person who got me sign up stop answering me and my call/texts. I was able to get in touch with him right away before I transferred $31,497 and as soon as they received my money I couldn't get a hold of him. If it was $300 I wouldn't even care to get a refund. This business started to make me very uncomfortable after I see so many people are involve with my personal information with one after another. I really don't even know who is doing what. I asked for a refund and no one has respond back to me through email/phone/texts. I simply just want my money back and move on because I really don't want to involve my lawyer into this. Thank you.
