This bank constantly adds new fees and does not offer notices or sends out what fees would be associated to accounts They do not offer if you want to accept or decline over draft protection I constantly asked them to refund the fee when I had money transferred same day for a retailer mistake and they offered nothingBusiness response

BB ******* canceled my card on 01/25/2024 without my request, and since then, they have been withholding my financial resources, denying me access to them. I have already opened multiple tickets, but the ********* has been unable to resolve the issue and restore my access to the website where I can transfer my money. Despite numerous calls and exchanged emails, no timeframe or solution has been provided. In response to the complaint filed by ****************** on January 31, 2024, attached please find the following documentation and resolution of this complaint
1. Timeline of events in order of occurrence.
2. ********* Prepaid card Terms and Conditions.
3. Formal Letter from the bank sent to ******************.
4. Prepaid Card statement for the period in question.
The bank attempted to resolve all issues for ****************** as quickly as possible, in agreement with our terms and at the satisfaction of the customer. ****************** remains a ********************** customer.

I am rejecting this response because: in their formal letter to me, Banco do Brasil (BB) Americas acknowledged that it was their fault that I couldn't access my funds for over a week. During this period, I had to pay my rent using my credit card, incurring an associate fee of 3.59% (equivalent to USD *****), and I also had to withdraw cash from BB ******* card, incurring a fee of USD 2.59. Since BB Americas acknowledged the delay and technical issues in their letter, I kindly request that they deposit these amounts (USD ***** + 2.50) into my prepaid card as a reimbursement for the charges incurred due to the card issues.
