We booked 3 rooms with no problems. Check-In is was simply, service and accommodations wonderful. we enjoyed the hotel with the location being perfect for our needs. Would use again.Review from Debby B

This is a **** company!!! Please do not waste your hard-earned money with them. I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my family's vacation. A few hours later, I realized the error of my mistake & tried to get them to change the dates for me & pay the upgraded $190 for a holiday date. They were unwilling to help me in any way. They made me cancel instead of adjusting the dates, even though they had the time frame available. It ended up costing me & my family $451. Upon further research, I discovered they DO NOT own ANY of the rooms they are advertising.Review from Darren R

Booked the wrong month by accident and immediately asked to change to Nov in lieu of May. They were no help. Wanted a cancelation fee and asked me to rebook. Would never use them or recommend them to anyone.

As of now, I havent had any issues with RoomPicks by Victoria and I hope I never do. The places look just as pictured. This last reservation was at a hotel where *** stayed at before, a few times at different areas, and they never disappoint. The reservation was also easy and explained all the charges beforehand.Review from Tammy S
