    The merchant signed up, and committed to processing $25.00 in processing fees. The merchant did not process this amount and therefore was billed the difference in a monthly minimum charge. As of now we show the merchant closed their account.

    I stopped service with merchant one at the beginning of December, because they kept charging me way more than the original agreement. So,they charged me all kinds of "fees" for services after I stopped using them. It's not the first time. How many others are they doing this to?

    The merchant submitted their closure request in December, and was open in December which is why they were billed for the month of December. The merchant did not request to cancel prior to December.
