    From the start this company and their communication was absolutely horrible. I was left in the dark for weeks with no answer about my roof. Ended up finding another roofer but roc stayed on as GC. He has been paid a little over 20k so far with a check remaining for a little over 14k. He hasnt paid the sub(other roofer) any money at all and hasnt held up his end of the contract. Now my property is the one getting a lein put on it and ROC is completely ghosting myself and the other roofer. Theres no way this company should be in business.

    ROC Construction did my roof after Hurricane *** but never got the final inspection. That is all I want. I was in contact with the owner for a while but he stopped returning texts or calls.

    We have tried 3 times to finalize the permit and due to the 3rd part requesting a ladder assist, we do not provide that. It is not our responsibility to provide ladder assists for inspectors to do their job. I will call the City of ********** to see what other options there are. Now that time has passed I'm hoping they can come up with another solution to a final sign off on the job. We completed our job as we should. The roof is 100% complete. We will not offer any refunds due to something that is out of our control.

    New roof almost immediately started to leak. Have been calling contractor for months - no answer and can't leave voice mail. Sent them an email and waiting for answer. I want the roof repaired.

    I have tried to contact ********************** and we left a voicemail for a return call. However, this roof has no warranty due to the area in multiple high wind storms and a Cat 1 hurricane (Ian) **** 2022. As with every contractor, it is standard practice that any and all warranties, manufactures warranties included are null and void when natural disasters hit. We have ZERO email or record of him trying to make contact with us at that time for concerns. With that being said he still has an outstanding balance owed for the gutters. We can definitely take a look at the issue but we need for his balance to be paid in full first and the client needs to be aware that no company can be held liable for leaks when major natural disasters occur.

    There has been a rash of improperly unstalled seal where a roof meets the wall of a building.Other contractors have stepped up and when they find it is improperly installed they go ahead a fix it.  In some cases they have even repaired the damages caused by water leaking  into the homes.   I find it interesting that this contnractor will not even check to see if there was a mistake made.  If I have the roof checked and repaired by another contractor and it is found there was indeed a mistake made, I would expect this contractor to reimburse me for what the other contractor has charged me.  If this is agreeable, pictures will be taken.

    Roofing Contractor never sent a copy of any contract documents or any supplemental documents for the re roof, then after completion and misleading and unprofessional actions no PERMIT was ever filed for, thus leaving the residential property with an inability to have the roof inspected for insurance purposes. The contractor is now no longer responding or showing any intention of providing a permit.
