I have reached out to this company through email and phone calls. Nobody has answered the phone when I call. My husband and I have left two voicemails for someone to call me back about my order but nobody has. I have sent two emails for customer service to please contact me about my issue. I have not received a response for either. My issue is I spent $179 on an order that said it would be delivered on May 11th (Mother's Day). My order did not arrive until May 12th (after Mother's Day) and only half of my order arrived. I am trying to get in touch with the company for not fulfilling their part of the agreement. I need to be refunded for half my order that I did not receive. I can understand if it was an honest mistake and I can understand if the order is going to be late, but only half my order arriving and not being delivered on the day they guaranteed is unacceptable. Nobody available to answer the phone, return calls, or reply to emails is also unacceptable. I would drive to the location of the store, however, I live 4 hours away. This is not acceptable practice for such a large name brand.Initial Complaint

I purchased and paid extra for a edible arrangement to be delivered on mothers day May 11th. When the day arrived, no delivery arrived. When contacted by phone and email several times no response. The following day edible arrangement reach out to the recipient and ask if she is going to be home because they would be making the delivery that day ( Monday May 12th approximately 8:00am). No delivery came that day. Since then no one from corporate has reached back out or the store. Ive tried requesting my money back by phone and email and havent received anything. This company false advertises. I spent $134 on items that I thought were going to be delivered on Mother's Day. Not only did they not deliver the product on Mother's Day which I paid extra for, when they did, they presented the recipient with items that were clearly not what I paid for. I ordered the mother's day dipped strawberries, cookie and bouquet gift set -single with ***** garden vase and what they delivered next day, late was the: Clear ugly basic vase, dead flowers, no water, no cookies, 5 strawberries. It's unbelievable that they charged so much for items that they did not deliver. I called several times on Mother's day all day and today Monday prior to late delivery with no one answering or calling back. I feel like I was taken advantage of and they basically stole from me. How do you charge for items and deliver something completely different with dead flowers? I want a refund or a 75% discount. This is disgusting!Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company at 8 AM $25 of my payment was a delivery charge website said guaranteed delivery. Its past 430 PM. I ordered an edible arrangement on February 3rd, 2025 ( order #W2011725371-1). I confirmed before placing the order that it listed it could still be delivered that day on February 3rd. I even paid 9.99 extra charge to ensure it would arrive that day. This was for my mothers birthday and she was on vacation with her friends staying at a condo in *******. The importance was it needed to be there that day since she would be leaving the next day. I kept tracking the order all day and it finally said out for delivery between 3&4. It said it had six stops before mine was delivered. I made sure to include my mothers number in case they needed to call her or myself when arriving with any questions on reaching the condo. At 6 PM I saw it hadnt been delivered so I called the store twice and left a voicemail. I also submitted an inquiry through their website (case # *******) asking why it hadnt been delivered as I saw they closed at 7 PM. It never was delivered. The next day I called again, left voicemail, and submitted another inquiry with no response. They tried to then deliver it on the 4th and called my mom where she explained she was no longer at the address. Instead of explaining the situation they told her she would have to pick it up from the store. Every day I have been calling their customer service line, their store line, and submitting online inquiries to try and just speak to someone so I can confirm a refund. No one has called me back or reached out to speak with me. I paid $80.17 for the gift to be delivered in February 3rd and that didnt happen so I would like a refund at this point. I remember seeing on their website a guaranteed delivery and a promise of customer satisfaction, but I have not experienced that. This has honestly been the worst customer service I have ever experienced as I cant get anyone to acknowledge my orders existence or that it wasnt delivered.Initial Complaint

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my cousin in *********************, which is in their service area. Delivery was attempted with no prior notice so no one was home. At 11:30 a note was left requesting the recipient to travel to ********* to pick it up. All call and text to the provider have been ignored, other than an email saying still trying to reach them, which is not happening. Placed an order which they confirmed to be delivered on October 17, 2024. Delivery did not occur yet I was charged. I placed two orders on May 17, 2024 and immediately tried calling to cancel the duplicate (order #W2010500423-1). After multiple attempts with no answer, I left a message as well as submit an online cancel request. On delivery date, 5/18/24, only one order was made and delivered as requested, however, a refund was not issued for the duplicate order. I have repeatedly called, left messages, and no one has ever answered the phone or issued a refund. I also left a message stating that I dont know what else to do except calling my bank or submitting a complaint with the BBB and still havent heard anything or received a refund.Initial Complaint

05/07/24-Edible Arrangement purchased for Mother's Day. It was delivered without issue. The fruit it self tasted dirty and old. The entire basket had to be thrown away. My mother as well as myself attempted to call the store with voicemails left. No return call made. I ordered this Edible arrangement "Mother's Day Celebration" on May 5th. I put in for delivery on May 12th. To this day, May 17th, the order still has not been delivered. I called the business at ************ multiple times on 5/5, as well as 5/6, 5/16 and 5/17. I have left voicemails on 5/5, 5/6 and 5/17. No one has called me back or updated this order. I went onto the website and attempted to cancel the order, but received a message that it could not be cancelled. I looked online and found a corporate number **************. I tried all of the prompts to reach a live person and kept getting transferred back to the store I ordered from and no one answered. I tried to research any other corporate numbers, etc. and have had no luck. This business has extremely poor customer service to have not returned numerous calls for an order that is now 12+ days old.
