  I am very happy with my new ac unit.Great company to do business with.They deserve the 5 star rating.***** was great to work with,he set everything up for me..A nice cement platform was put down first..**** was the best!He set up my new unit,and he set it up perfectly...he really knows what he is doing .My new unit is so quiet,I have a hard time hearing ***** unit will last a long time,with maintenance.This company is honest and cares about his customers.They hooked up a portable ac unit,to keep us cool,while my unit was installed.If you need a new unit,do not hesitate,to give them a call.They are the very best,in the ************ area.Get the best,forget the rest.

  A young, not very experienced "technician" performed a $9 annual A/C tune-up *********** Christmas special). Since it was cold in January, the refrigerant "fail" could have been caused by a malfunctioning part and NOT a LEAK. I was quoted a RIDICULOUSLY HIGH $1,200 for a Dye Leak search (plus $380 for a refrigerant recharge and balance). [To exacerbate what I believe is dishonest business practices, they quoted me $626 for a Surge Protector (Condenser Only) and $1,170 for the Condenser and Air Handler!! The problem is I have a WHOLE HOUSE surge protector that I paid about $100 and had a handyman install in less than 15 minutes!! The surge protector is visible when looking at my outside electric meter...hooked up on the bottom of the electric panel.]When Florida Breeze came out in Feb., they indicated because it was too cold, any testing on my Variable Speed Heat Pump unit could be tricked/influenced by the weather and provide a misdiagnosis. When Florida Breeze tested on April 2nd, they determined there was a defective part that was preventing the refrigerant from flowing through the unit. They ordered the part. (They also said it would be less than $500 for a dye leak search and refrigerant.)

  Cancelled my appointment twice on me to go and do bigger full replacement jobs. The 2nd time they cancelled i took time off of my workday to be here and I am in commission sales so i potentially lost a lot of money and they didn't even have the decency to tell me they were not coming. they claimed they texted me but I did not receive any texts. This company doesn't care about doing the right thing for the customer they only care about making the most money. they also told me once to replace my entire AC that wasn't very old for a exorbitant price when all it needed was a $250 repair and has been working fine for years after.

  Hired them to redesign & replace my a/c ductwork in the attic. I received the final bill shortly after they said the job was complete, however I guess they didn’t expect me to crawl up there and take a look. Job was not finished. They only replaced about 80% of the ductwork and used all of my 30 year old junction boxes. The contract clearly stated this would all be replaced. Nor did they suspended the ductwork or redesign anything. They came back out and replaced the junction boxes, and after another inspection, they still had not replaced the remaining ducts and left a lot of trash and old ductwork in my attic. They said it was too difficult to get to the other ductwork and couldn’t finish the job. Sent me the final bill anyway. Funny the salesman didn’t notice that after spending over a half hour in my attic. We eventually mitigated a resolution by way of a discount. I would not have hired them if I knew they couldn’t complete the job. I would not recommend them due to poor workmanship, quality control and lack of honesty.

  
  

  UPDATE:I highly recommend Climate Experts for any of the services they offer. I hired them for a large project replacing my ductwork. They ran in to a few issues during the installation, but their highly dedicated team continued to troubleshoot the problems until everything was resolved satisfactory. Even when I expressed concerns, the customer service representative contacted me and made sure they sent their top technician to ensure all the work was completed properly.It is rare to have a company such as this in our area who exhibits exemplary performance and truly puts the customer first. Thank you!!

  Very very personable group! Cristian and his crew came yesterday and put ductwork throughout my home. They then insulated the Attic. All three were fantastic cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this group!

  Our experience with Climate Experts was absolutely fantastic. Vinny was very professional and nice. Jean, Bo, Garrett and Byron were all very professional and polite and nice. I really enjoyed their kindness. They all worked very hard and did a fantastic job. The Air conditioning is working very good and what a difference it has made. I would highly recommend this great group of professionals.

  Climate Experts Inc is amazing. We called and they sent Experts Tommy and Austin out that day. They were great. Looked into everything thoroughly. Polite and knowledgeable. After we decided to get a new unit Austin went over all our options and helped us pick a unit for us. They even got us a portable AC unit to use untill new one could be installed. This was yesterday. Today Anthony, Garrett, and Vinny arrived to install new unit. They were so professional and explained everything in detail. I was really impressed by their knowledge and performance. I would highly recommend this business. They truly do care and are not out to rip you off
