Please see the information below. The comments section here with BBB will not let me attach the photos of your property or the text message that was sent to us from the **************************** Rico text Dave on 3/28/2022 to go take a look at the sealcoat on the property of ***********. Dave went to the property on April 5th pertaining to the area of concern. Dave sent photos of the property to the property management company along with the email below. You should have these photo attachments in your email that was sent to you from Dave on 6/23/2022, less than 2 hours after we received the 1st communication from anyone from *********** or who represents them, that there was any further concerns on this property after Dave sent the email on 4/5/2022. We do exceptional work on every parking lot with the asphalt conditions we are presented with. See the emails below for more details on the project.

Good morning. I am sorry about the stencil that it took us a month to get that resolved. We attempted to get it down before the Christmas break, but we had rain on those days and it took us until the day we got back in January because we were closed. As for us not checking on our jobs or caring about our jobs I would disagree. As for me not wanting to meet I also disagree. I followed up with the email, see attachment and did not hear anything until today. We have been in business for over 20 years and the reason we are still in business is because of our quality. As you can see from the two attachments we went out to your job within 8 days to look at the concerns. *** was not available to meet so I went by myself (see attachment). As for the wearing of the seal coating. Seal coat wears at different rates due to the shape/life of the existing asphalt. The older and how rocky the asphalt is the faster it wears. Also if you have standing water on the asphalt the seal coat will wear very fast (attachment shows). Unfortunately Pebbles Cove property had both cases. You can not compare your asphalt to someone else like *********** because there are different ages of the asphalt and where there is standing water. Unfortunately asphalt will break down where there is water and in your case there is always standing water so the asphalt will break down.

Back in November 2021, your company attempted to provide a seal coat, asphalt patch squares and parking space painting at *********** Condominium. I say attempted because you have failed miserably in providing a quality job. The seal coat was wearing away 30 days after job completion. You were notified. It took you 3 months to come up with a GUEST stencil for those parking spaces. The asphalt patches are crumbling because those were cut and placed during a rain storm. The asphalt was laid in a puddle of water. I know, I watched. Many attempts have been made to contact you to come and inspect your work with an *** rep and a *********** rep present. You refuse. You've said you've been out to inspect on your own, but how do we know that's true since you won't meet with *** face-to-face? I think you know you gave *********** a chiseler job and cannot face facts.
*********** Condo still looks really good after 30 days since you did their seal coat.
I am going to use my time to get out to any social media outlet I can find like BBB, ****, etc. and express my outrage at ****** Asphalt for the poor quality work given to ***********.

Went by sand pebble. Unfortunately there is not much we can do with water standing in these pockets. Water collect there and the water wears the seal coat. All the wear is caused by the standing water down the middle. Thanks again
