think twice before accepting employment from them. I was employed with them as a commercial driver for 11 yrs, and in that time i had to call HR a few times on management regarding policies or treatment towards employees. So by doing that, they looked at me as a whisleblower and i had a target on my back.They terminated wrongfully, as stated by the unemployment investigators from the DWD of indiana. Consider another trucking company before you accept an offer from this companyRyder System, Inc. Response

Zero stars these people are deceptive and predatory they will harm you. Please do not buy a truck from these people. Run as fast as you can they will tell you the truck is ready to go Ryder certified current good dot clean inspection and they will tell you that the vehicle has not been in any accidents when it has. Two vehicles I purchased both in serious accidents and told me both times no accident. Frame damages def boxes they tried to weld back together you name it omg they shut my business down for almost two years run.Ryder System, Inc. Response

0 STARS!! Worst company to use for moving out of state, you couldn't pay me to use these people again. This company will give you a great quote to get your deposit (that is nonrefundable) and then you will end up paying 2 or 3x the amount of the original quote. They and the actual moving company that ends up coming to your house will ONLY take cash even though the contract states you can pay upon pickup with a credit card and a fee. The moving company they used and that came to my house was a joke. They sent a company with a guy that doesn't explain anything and then tells you to sign the "updated" fees after they are already halfway loaded up with your stuff. The ******* was a very intimidating Russian who didn't explain anything, makes you feel very uncomfortable and tells you they only accept cash. Once you call the company he works for they tell you that they do accept a card with a fee then basically call you a liar because they believe their ****** over you and a witness to him claiming that they won't take a credit card and only cash. You will save money if you sell your stuff and start all over instead of using this company. The customer ********************** agent with the actual moving company told me "if they quote you the actual price of the job then no one would use their services". They know what they are doing and that they are taking advantage of people by giving them an original low quote when they actually know it will cost you WAY more money. Worst experience ever!!! Ryder on Hialeah fl on 54st worked they don't want to work. We have over 20truck with the Ryder - The lady in charge of having the truck service treat me like really bad Just because I came to replace four tiresAt 1pm I told her that we had three more truck to replace all those tires and she got mad and told me not to bring them here De-mare-co-lonRyder System, Inc. I bought a truck unit ****** form Ryder vehicle sales in ********* ** as a verified unit and they said everything is ready to go and after not even 10 days of work I took the truck to the freightliner dealership in ********* ** and they didnt know whats wrong with it then I brookdown again after couple days I have to tow it to another dealer same thing happened they cleared the codes and same thing happened again and I went back to the Ryder dealership to find out whats wrong with it they denied to even help and I am at the point of losing everything they scam me and they are not honest people Iam at the stage of being on the street homelessRyder System, Inc. I recently purchased a box truck at one of Ryder dealership. The unit number is 313236. When I bought the unit, Ryder gave me two tickets of PM. First time I took the truck to ryder Chanelview for repairs and PM, the manager ****** told me that Ryder was going only to cover the PM and would have to pay for additional repairs. This was on October 21 2022. My company pays $2,600 for additional repairs. October 27, Ryder called me and advised that the truck were ready for pick up. I picked the truck on Friday October 28. Monday November 1, I sent the truck on the road from Houston y to California. Thursday November 4, while the driver was driving, on highway 5 to Bakersfield, the engine broke down. I towed to truck to nearest shop. Mechanic advised that there was not enough oil in the engine that caused the problem. I contacted Ryder to explain the situation on November 4. November 7 around 1200, Ryder called me and advised they were going to reimburse $540 for PM not done. Although, they put an oil change sticker on my front Glace to show that oil was change, they did not do it. In conclusion never trust Ryder or buy any unit from them. My case is not over yet. I have been working with ***** at Ryder, and thus far, he has been patient and answered the many questions that I have had since I started up a box truck business with Amazon Relay. He is always courteous and very knowledgeable. ***** is the person to speak with, and I will keep you posted on my overall experience going forward.Ryder System, Inc. Response

Do not go with this company! If you are an investor, looking to contract out for white glove assemble or delivery. No call/No show twice. Their truck broke down first time 9/20 no call/no show. Then rescheduled again on 9/30 (no time was scheduled till day of) took the day off once again Ryder scheduled me from 7:30pm-9:30pm on a Friday night. At 8:35pm I finally received a recording that they were 15 minutes away. I called their customer ********************** on the East coast and they stated the ************* warehouse is short staffed, they are putting other furniture together, but they are on their way. Unfortunately, they were a No call/No show and now Ryder stated I refused the delivery! I am now to reschedule for 10/14 (another Friday with no set time) no one can teach management in their customer ********************** department!Ryder System, Inc. Response

I have never had a worse experience anywhere I've been a customer, in my entire life. I contract to a company that has a considerably large account with Ryder. Ryder, in my experience, has zero concern for their customers or their own reputation. They lack integrity, and self respect. I highly recommend that anyone considering doing business with Ryder, reconsider.Ryder System, Inc. Response

We are a **************** located in *****, **. I will make this story short; We rented a van from Ryder and on July 1st, 2021 one of our drivers had an accident and the van was declared a total loss. Our insurance paid to buyout the cost of the 2016 **** Transit with VIN NMOLS6E76G1260386. Our insurance company paid Ryder $12,178,10 determined this amount based on the actual cash value of the vehicle. Ryder now is seeking and additional payment from us for this vehicle - they are charging us $18,627.64 more on top of what our insurance already paid them. And they are saying that if we do not pay they will pick up our rental van (the new that we rented from them) and besides they will take us to court. This is unacceptable since our insurance paid the fair amount based upon a value and depreciation of this vehicle. This company have no principles and we encourage you not to use them. We are very disappointed that this company in which we put a lot of trust and money for many years act this way, very dishonest and seeking for money this way...Ryder System, Inc. Response
