Liberty express is holding my packages ****** for payment. I have been a paying customer for months spending thousands of dollars using their service. The hub in CR will not allow my packages to be forwarded until I pay them all money even tho they have a 90 day hold policy. This is difficult to deal withInitial Complaint

We have used this service for over 1 1/2 years to have our mail and packages shipped. On October 31, 2022, we were notified that our MAIL arrived at Liberty Express (L.E.), ***** **. It usually takes a few days before it arrives at L.E., ******* **********. We were never notified of its arrival to ********** so we emailed L.E. in *******. We were told they needed an invoice or purchase order to release the package. We explained in great detail that we did NOT purchase anything, it's our mail. *************************** at L.E. continued to ask for the same information, so we tried calling L.E. to explain that this is not a purchase. L.E. never answered their phone. During normal business hours the message machine picked up and put us on hold (literally) for 20 minutes. We did this daily, several times a day. No one ever picked up. My husband emailed *************************** and waited several days before he would respond. When he did respond he continued to ask us for something that does not exist. Today is December 23rd, so it's been almost 2 months we've been waiting for our mail. Today I went onto social media to complain about L.E. and someone from L.E. sent me an instant message. After a brief chat, *************************** called us, and guess what he said? "We need to know what you bought before we can release your package. Is it clothes, shoes, etc? For the 100th time we told him "It's Our Mail!! Bills, letters, health insurance info.!! Documents we need!!" We even had more documents sent because our documents are expiring and we were hoping at least one of our mail packages would be sent, but no. Now L.E. has both packages of MAIL they will not send. When speaking to ***************************, he said, and I quote " I will try to have your package released today." Try? This is totally unacceptable. We've used L.E. for over a year and a half and this has never happened before. After 2 months we still have no mail, no answers, and no idea when, if ever it will be shipped. We Need Our Mail.
