I paid $1899 to Resort Access Network (RAN) i.e. EBT Advertising, LLC for a 5year rental program in October 2019 to make available for rent 3 getaway weeks at my *********** property but as of this date (July 3, 2024) I have not received any offers to rent my 3 getaway weeks. I just discovered recently when looking at the agreement there's a loophole RAN or EBT Advertising has is in the agreement wording i.e. "the agreement does NOT guarantee a sale or rental. The initial term of advertising is (90) days. RAN (Resort Access Network) will continue advertising the property at no additional cost until property is rented or sold UPON WRITTEN OR VERBAL NOTIFICATION. Owners' notification regarding ant requested extension must be received by RAN prior to end of the ninety (90) day period and prior to the expiration of each ninety (90) day period thereafter". I will admit I just discovered this stipulation in the agreement recently so I guess I have no recourse here except to say I paid for a 5 year rental program but at the same time the initial term of advertising is for only 90 days and to extend beyond that time period I must notify RAN each time to extend advertising prior to end of the 90 day period and do that each time for I guess during the 5 year rental program period. As far as I'm concerned the onus should not be on me to notify RAN each time to make such extensions but advertising should automatically be extended during the 5 year agreement until sale or rental offer(s) are received and accepted by me the owner. A nasty piece of business if you ask me.

This is a scam! I paid over $1800 and got absolutely nothing from them. Can't reach them. The website address isn't accessible. If anyone else wants to take them to court, I'm in!

Total scam. Gave them $1890.00 in 2018. Have not heard from them since. Can not reach by phone. Thinking of taking them to court just on principle. Amazes me people pull this. I should have been smarter.

Resort Access Network is a scam. WE were talked into selling some of our weeks to them, which RCI does not do. IT is all listed on their site, but no one buys them. WE were told we would get back our money if it did not sell, and that was in May of 2021, we can't call them anymore, the number does not exist, and even their address does not exist it is just a shell of a location. I drove by. I wish I could get my money back, but *sigh* it is a loss. A huge loss. What a shame that you have scammed so many people and fled with the money for your devices. Nothing we can do.
