The whole team was very easy to work with. Several of them even phoned when they had questions. They answered my questions fully, and replied to my e-mails very quickly.

Published book, was a long tough process. I am a first time author, thus did not know what to expect. Most of the support staff at Xulon were quite good. A couple of them were not that responsive.I like the book that I created with Xulon's help. The biggest value for me was the work of the editor they assigned to me. Without an experienced editor I would not have created the equality of book I did. Most of the other Xulon staff were ************ me through their process and did not add much value to the quality of the book.Writing a book is much more difficult than I and I suspect most people understand.Xulon Press Response

This was my first book so I did not know what to expect. Your team overall were very responsive and were helpful every step of the way. ***** and ***** were exceptional and I am especially grateful to them. The waiting process can be nerve racking but they are true to their word and for the most part their timeline. I was very pleased with the leadership and guidance throughout the process. There was only one glitch towards the end when I needed to remind them that someone had forgotten to send me my free books the month before. They immediately had them sent overnight. I appreciated that. Very professional response, except after the personal contacts throughout the months of communication, it would have been nice to hear: We are sorry. Nevertheless I would use them again. The suggestions of *** in author services and the encouragement and reminders made the process easier and faster.Xulon Press Response

While this may be a little late, please do accept my apology for the delay in processing your free book order. At the time your book was completed, we did have a change in staff that cause a back-up at that step, and I am sorry it affected your book delivery. Xulon was extremely patient with my many questions, and each staff member I dealt with along this first-time journey was professional, insightful, and encouraging.
