This company believes that an order is complete when they get their money and put your order in the mail. An order is NOT complete when it gets mailed, an order is complete when the customer has received it.
Every other online business sends an email and tracking information, this company did not do that. Had I not called to ask, even on their online system the order would still show pending.
I find them very unprofessional. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know about my terrible experience.
