I am writing to complain about this company. My HOA has contracted them out I have made numerous complaints through them over the past year. They are contracted with the community and I have pulled the contract to mow the grass, edged the yard, and blow the grass off of the pavers rock beds driveway sidewalk into the yard. I have made numerous attempts and complaints in the past about them and their lack of fulfilling their contractual agreement with the community. They do not edge half of my yard or if any of that I also have cameras that have video footage of this. This week when they came out they decided they would blow all of the grass onto my rocks which I have spent hundreds of dollars on improving my own yard and they had the audacity to blow the grass onto the rocks. Upon complaining and calling the company they sent someone out he went into the back Yard however the problem was in the front yard and I had to call for them to return a second time to actually rectify the compla

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/09/20) */ This is an account with the HOA which has specific items that we do and do not maintain at the individual homes. We do not have a direct contract with this individual and proper protocol by the HOA standards would be to have the homeowner contact the property manager with any complaints. This homeowner has been accomodated multiple times. Our crews have been informed to not engage with her by previous property manager. This particular complaint was not only reviewed by our supervisor but also the the Board President and Property Manager. As per the attached email sent to the homeowner by the property manager, we have done our job that is contracted through the HOA per the specs of the contract. We do not maintain landscape beds on the property per the contract. The Board is happy with the work that is being completed. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2021/09/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Hello, I find this to be unsatisfactory regarding the complaint that I filed. Enclosed is a copy of the contract that we (The community/HOA)have with this company. They are not compliant with their contract. I have every right to complain about the job they are not preforming when I'm paying for a service. I have addressed the Hoa numerous times. I can provide an email list of previous complaints along with pictures and video that I have acquired. I am not asking this company to do any more than what they are contracted to do I have never been nasty to any servicemen on my property and have never been told by the Hué that I'm not allowed to address somebody who's on my property HOA or not property is still mine so if they want to do this I can file trespassing complaints as well. I have seek legal counsel I have shown a lawyer previous complaints along with the contract that I have and she advised me before seeking legal counsel or having them send a letter or filing something with the courts I should try to fix this myself with the company which is what I am doing but they are very resistant to actually fix what they are not doing on my property. I just would like for them to edge low like they're contracted to and cut the grass properly like instructed. Previous times when I come home before they've left and went and asked if they could redo something they have come back and I've always gotten the same response, from their employees saying yes they should've edge that or yes they should have weed whack that or they must've missed cutting that piece of grass or yes let me go grab the blower they didn't blow the grass off your back patio. So I always get somebody who's willing to fix what they didn't do. I am not asking them to go above the contract agreement with the HOA. I just want them to do what they're contracted and paid to do. Thank you ******* ****** Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2021/09/24) */ We will make every attempt to meet the homeowners satisfaction within the contract with the HOA. If the homeowner does not want us on their property, they have every right to state so. We can add a reflector to indicate no service. Per the Board President and Property Manager they are happy with the service and inspected this home personally at the time of the complaint. There has been additional services since this complaint without additional complaints so I would assume this issue has been handled with satisfaction. Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2021/09/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I will say that the service they provided yesterday was exceptional they had many crewmembers they did not miss one thing and they even videoed and took pictures of themselves doing it I have a camera system so I was privy to that. I am not expecting them to do anymore on my property only the contracted work with the community, is all I'm asking for this company to comply with every week when they come in our community. I have never asked any of there employees to do anything that was out of their contractual agreement. The service that they provided was exceptional this and I do appreciate it I'm not looking for them to bend over backwards for me every week but I just would like for them to do what they are supposed to when they come. Thank you for resolving this issue I surely hope and sincerely hope that we don't have to have this conversation again. As previously stated I will say when the president of the HOA came over and any board members you company already Came and looked at the property it was after you already came and fixed what I was complaining about I do appreciate you rectifying the situation. Again I am not asking you to do anything out of the ordinary thank you for complying with the contract
