I originally placed an order for a direct replacement motor for my pool pump. When I placed the order and provided CC information the order page changed to a notification saying success and a notification that I would receive an email I never received an email or any type of follow-up. My CC continued to display the charge as pending. A week later I learned through an on line chat that the replacement pump I ordered was no longer acceptable in CA. I would have expected some form of notification to this fact instead of no action on your company's part. The person I had the chat with did not offer or suggest an alternative until I specifically asked. I then had to ask for the part number as well as any possible information I needed since the motor was changed from a single speed motor to a variable speed motor. I was sent a brochure. While checking the brochure to determine if additional controls were needed, The chat ended by your Representative. I then went back to your website and ordered the motor. Again I did not receive shipping information and my CC now showed 2 charges pending until I then called by telephone and when I requested shipping information I was provided an order number and that I should receive the part on 11/13/23. No tracking number or carrier information was provided. I did receive the part as stated today 11/13/23Review from Rudy G

Extremely poor service I ordered a new pool pump and realized 30 minutes later I ordered the wrong pump so I reordered they told me they couldn't stop the first order because it had already been shipped which is total BS so I had to pay $80 to send back the second pump because of their poor quality of serviceReview from Dora H
