Stay away from this place all they do is lie. Oppointments mean nothing. Three or more hours after your Oppointment you find out your car has not even been taken in the shop. After twice being lied to I'm done with them. Will never go back.Review from Alyssa C

They will try and force you to lie on your loan application. The finance manager is incredibly rude and you have to be incredibly aggressive before they will do what you ask. Will not let you take the vehicle off the lot to have an outside mechanic check it out. ***** never buy from there againReview from Wendy R

I've wanted a *** as my next vehicle for the past four years, it's time to buy one and I am super upset with the outcome. I did my research and looked at a couple different dealers before choosing Greenway Kia North in Longwood. They had the best online prices for the *** ******** EX -- their online sales were efficient and **** me in with the idea that I was receiving the online price $28,999 - The sales consultant that he paired me up with was unaware of what we wanted to look at, though kind, and knowledgeable about the ******** encouraged us to ignore the sticker price - that they had been slow that day so he assured us we were going to get the best deal. Finance was a different story. Finance came out with a purchase price of $10k higher than the internet price, without considering our negative equity on our trade-in. When I asked about the internet sales price he said, "Oh, that is an aggressive sales tactic that places all of our discounts and promotions together." This is something they cannot do.... they can't combine the promotions and discounts when actually setting up the sale at the dealer. WTF why advertise it. We left five hours later without a new car. While we were sitting there we watched two other clients storm out causing a scene due to the same issue. Why advertise if you can't make it work when the person gets to the dealership? Just a huge waste of time.Review from Kelly O

The sales department interaction was atrocious. Kia North lied to us and scheduled an appointment under false pretenses. We made an appointment to view a vehicle. The internet sales confirmed the appointment and provided the address of the dealership. The internet sales, days later, texted to indicate that there was an offer on the vehicle implying that we should come in sooner. We arrived on the day of the appointment. The sales department took us out to the lot to look for the car and then stated that he would go get the keys. We were left to wander the lot for 20 minutes. We followed up inside and found the manager and sales person looking through the computer and stated that they were confirming where the vehicle was. The final answer was the vehicle was in the shop for some unexpected repairs. LIES! We called Kia West and found that they had the vehicle on their lot. Kia North made the appointment for their location, stated the vehicle was present, and then lied to us about why the vehicle was not available to view. They had the audacity to ask if we saw anything else that we liked on their lot.Review from Kai A

They could care less about anything but money. I told them I have a budget and would like to stay with the budget. They made it seem like they would do that but they lied of course. had a 2013 Kia optima that was first broken into and it was an attempt to steal( but they failed). Got my car back after a month of not having it and this time it was stolen completely. They brought it to Kia dealership and my car ended up being totaled from all the damages. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2020. They made it seem like it was my fault because my car was broken into twice and stolen the second time. FYI if your back passenger windows are bashed in your alarm doesn’t go off. It’s all bull**** when they update your alarm system. I had gotten a in 2017 Chevy Malibu from them that was in my budget. They told me after the fact of signing papers the car wasn’t gonna be ready until that weekend because they were repainting the car. I said okay cool no problem. I got the car the tire pressure sensor was on Emmanuel(which was my salesman) stated “drive a mile or 2 and it will turn off. My tech put air in the tire” I said okay that’s fine. I drove all the way home the sensor is still on 2 weeks of having the car the sensor is still on! Messaged Emmanuel about it the day after I got the car and he stated it could be a faulty sensor. I’ve been back and forth with these people because they don’t want to fix it. If you guys knew about the sensor regardless if any of the cars on the lot are new or used they should keep up with the maintenance at least so the customer doesn’t have to worry about it. According to Emmanuel the sensor wasn’t a safety issue to them Nor did it fit into their “budget” But repainting the car was more important? On top of that the check engine light is on now. They won’t work with you at all. At first the car wasn’t buy as is because they repainted it but now it is a “buy as is” all of a sudden cause they don’t want to fix A SAFETY ISSUE.Review from Chris J

To whom it may concern; My name is Susan Jensen. My husband Chris and I in 2015 purchased a Kia Soul from Longwood Kia. We loved the car and got it paid off. On 9/24/2022 we traded that vehicle for a 2020 Kia Soul X-Line at the same dealer. Both times we dealt with Geomi Ellassaint. We were happy with the car at first. After a few months, about every 3 weeks we had to add a quart of oil. We took it to the dealer and they assumed it was a problem with the engine. My husband and I are retired and on a fixed income. The service manager was very rude and said we had to pay out of our pocket for (2) compression tests at $1500.00 a piece and then they would decide to fix the issue or replace the engine. Very frustrated we decided to trade the car in for a 2023 Kia Forte. The dealer would not take the Kia X-Line in trade because of the engine problem, which I am sure they knew about when they sold us the car. We went with the Forte because the other car was not going to last. The credit department ran each of our credit reports 11 times, a total of 22 times for both. The payment is outrageous but we had no choice but to do a voluntary surrender of the X-Line. We were 1 month away from moving into an over 62 apartment that would have cut our bill in half but with the surrender and the way they ran our reports we became inelligable and lost the option to move. We were taken advantage of by this dealer and Geomi will have to wait a year before we can reapply for an apartment. We don’t think anything will be done about this but we wanted to make you aware of the situation in the hope they won’t be able to do that again to another customer, especially a senior. Kia Longwood will never see any of our business again or anybody looking to purchase a Kia that we know. Very disgusted customers Chris and Susan Jensen 311 Murcott Dr. Oviedo, fl. 32765Review from Janet C

They have had my car for 25 days and still not fixed it. They do not call me back when they have said they will. I have to call them. I am going to be charged full price for any repairs they eventually do .Review from Trudy T

I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the deceptive practices I encountered during my recent visit to this Greenway Car Dealership. The lack of transparency, misleading information, and unprofessional behavior of the staff left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression. Despite my specific interest in a lease promotion advertised on the Greenway Kia webpage, the initial "deal" presented to me included a significantly higher amount due at signing, longer payment period, and inflated monthly costs. Multiple sales representatives blatantly lied and misrepresented the terms of the promotion, even when I referred to the specific language in the advertisement. Additionally, my repeated requests for an itemized breakdown of the "non-tax" fees were consistently denied and I was told they would only be available at the contract signing, which raises concerns about the lack of transparency. Other Greenway locations were able to provide this information upfront. Customers should have access to a clear understanding of all associated costs before making commitments, and the refusal to provide such information reflects a deliberate attempt to mislead.Review from judith w

Found a car I liked. Salesman lied to me about a $2,000.00 rebate coming from headquarters. Never happened. Price tag on the car window said $26,835 plus shipping of $1,178.00, but list price on final bill of sale started at $30,900 before any extras. Stupid me. Manager pushed paperwork through so fast I didn't see I was charged more than "as advertised". Tacked additional $899.95 predelivery charge. Added all kinds of extra charges. Tried to give me $3,000 trade in until I told them I knew I could get $6,000 on my Corolla. Told me there was a veteran's discount of $100.00. Brought in my DD214 as proof. They didn't give it to me. I'm a 76-year-old vet/retired school teacher. Stupid me for thinking they would be ethical. Do not do business with them. Turn on tape recorder through any conversation you have with them . Read everything. These guys live up to all the negative stereotypes about car dealers. Dishonorable. Never o be trusted.Review from Ken K

Arguably one of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever had as a consumer. I would advise anyone shopping for a vehicle or vehicle service to choose any dealership besides this one. The leadership is either non-existent, or an absolute joke when they are around.
