Beware !!!You better look up company on BBB before purchasing anything from LL Flooring and ask who their Installers are!!!Especially!!! Canadians or Anyone that will not be around for the installation.Poor Workmanship!Poor Customer Service!Warranty is a Joke!Ive been taking advantage of by Sales with broken promises, poor customer service, subletting to ********************** who knowingly knew flooring was poorly installed, missed leaded me, took my money,Her exact words were I installed flooring in good faith that you would pay right after , that my warranty wouldnt start until I signed and pay I arrived at my condo and noticed damage and not properly installed.I called right away and its been a complete joke after that, no shows, lies, saying there too much moisture in my condo when its not, its poor workmanship that Ross Flooring employees installed.Call after call, text after text, email after email Wasting my time, my energy!Never again!!! Absolutely the worst flooring company we have ever used. Spent close to $10k on engineered hardwood which buckled in several places. Waited weeks for them to inspect it after sending photos of the problem. They came out months later to fix it whereby they ripped up several sections of the floor and left. Tried numerous times to get them to come back and make it right without any success. Lots of promises to return my many phone calls and texts - NO ACTION!!!Please save yourself enormous aggravation and money - AVOID Ross Flooring at all costs.Review from Risa H

Left numerous messages to get a quote. 3 different numbers on their business card. Got 1 response from a text "rec'd" - after that nothing. I texted again asking how to get a return call - got a response "will call you Monday." - that's today - no call. Tried calling again - voice mail. If they can't bother to return calls to get business, I can only assume that they wouldn't return a call if there was a problem. Very poor customer service.

I apologize for the delays In contacting you to discuss your upcoming flooring project but I was hospitalized and just returned. I also would like to let you know that we do not install polished tile. We only install floating, nail or glue down wood product and vinyl floors. We appreciate that you contacted us for the services we offer but we so not install tile products.

I have called Ross flooring three times and I get no response. They left the previous bifold door track In And they should have taken it out. I am asking her to correct the problem. She will not respond to me. I would like to work with this company but she does not answer my phone calls.Ross Flooring, Inc. Response

this is not an install issue if the door was replaced after the install was completed. We did try calling you and texting you numerous times and you did not answer to call back. This is not a repair but a change. Please call me so I can assess the issues you have pertaining to the install. If this is not pertaining to the project you signed off then it will be a Billable job..Thank you.

Horrible customer service. Purchased our floors floors, Ross flooring is their installer. Lass than a year later there are several cracked pieces. We have called several times no call back. Worst customer service ever. Been calling for 2 months and nothing has been handled. Do not let them install your floors!Ross Flooring, Inc. Response

I did contact customer and advised that I would call them to schedule a repair date. And Mr. *** sent me pictures and did review them. I will call them on 11.30 to schedule a date. The store let me know about these issues only 2 weeks ago.. NRReview from Charles S

Ross flooring just completed the install of three floors that I got from ****** ************ V and Preet were extremely courteous, professional, and skillful with their installation. They cleaned up after themselves and everything looks perfect.
