See Attachment Michael L**** Certi-Struct Construction LLC 306-1/2 South 6"' Street Leesbu rg, Florida 34748 Dear Michael: This letter is to inform you than I am cancelling our agreed Proposal dated November 12, 2021 for Non-Performance. This proposal followed our original Proposal dated February 26, 2021. It has been almost one year and it is clear to me that you are not a man of your word. How you have maintained an A+ Better Business rating is beyond my comprehension. We were well into Covid conditions when l signed original contract, yet you wanted a 26% increase to start work. When I agreed to 13% and signed a new proposal, I thought you would begin work. Didn't happen. You told me you would start concrete work by end of January. Didn't happen. You told me you would get back to me with new date...didn't happen. You said you needed to take care of your 2021 customers. I was one of them!!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/02/25) */ I advised this potential customer of delays and material hikes due to two of our installers having Covid and vendors inflation. This person did not agree with these conditions so we opted not to take her job. I've had an A+ rating since I've started this company. This was a condition of the current environment in construction and unavoidable. Additionally No $ was ever collected from this person. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/02/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was never informed they were not taking the job. I was just given constant excuses for not starting. I believe Michael L**** was unhappy with our agreed upon new proposal (13% increase) and this was his way of dealing with it. I would never have sent a certified letter canceling our agreement if I knew he was not taking the job. Definitely not a man of his word. Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/03/22) */ I stand by my Original response Consumer Response /* (4200, 17, 2022/03/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I want nothing further to do with this company. In my opinion he is not reputable.
