      On March 14th 4 $30 dollars where place on my card that I have through Sprue card through H&R Block. When I called to report the changes, the company filed a claim but I was never notified of the outcome until I called the CC company and they informed me they denied the changes even though I wasnt even in the same city the changes came from.

      In May/June, 2023 I ordered a sample of a skin cream for about $6.50 from Fit and Glowing. Then on my Mastercard statement, I saw a charge from that company of $197.03 onh June 13. I queried this and another for $12.47. I was refunded $12.47. I contacted Fit and Glowing about the ******* charge for an order I didn't make, nor did I receive anything for that amount. I explained I only wanted to try the sample. I got back a phonecall which was quite threatening, telling me not to dispute this amount with my bank, and indicated that they would refund me an amount of $60.00 if I did not dispute the matter further. I agreed to this, but have never received anything from them.

      I purchased their conditioner after reading some good reviews. I used the conditioner several times and it did not do any of the things the bottle claimed (help with dryness, frizz and helps manageability/detangles). It made my hair hard to manage, VERY frizzy and I had a huge increase of hair fall everytime I used it. I contacted WOW Skin Science and they did not care to hear my feedback and told me if I did not buy it from their website they could not help me. They did not care about my feedback. They refused to listen and told me to go to Walmart. After writing the complaint they then began to send me email ads and one was for Alopecia! This is after I told them that my hair fall increased from using it. I messaged them on facebook messenger and expressed my disatisfaction and they again told me to bring it to walmart. This clearly indicates they do not stand behind their product. I never once cursed at them but was extremely upset and they blocked me on facebook messenger
