-The listing agent and mobile home inspector failed to inform me that the bathroom flooring sunken to the ground from mold and rot -The listing agent, ***** and now his girlfriend who has decided to be an agent *** who is an agent ignore my texts refuse to contact me after several weeks or days , I am unable to get a hold of the owner *************,-They are holding my title. I have paid off the home.-I spoke to the lender who I have paid off in full and does not recall signing the title off to me as in paid in full -The agent cannot keep deadlines or timelines that he tells me when hes going to do some thing -I was told to sign power of attorney over to the agents for the tile and never heard from them as promised -3 weeks have gone by with broke. Promises of going to the dmv , 5 months have passed with out releasing ***************** name from the titleBusiness response

As the owner/broker, I wasn't aware of a title problem until a few days ago when I received an email from the complainant, and I replied immediately I would investigate the title issue. .
By the time I was able to investigate, *********************** had already been to the *** and mailed her the corrected title, by certified over night express mail. ***** is an independent contractor who works from his home office..
