      *** ***** is a THIEF I paid him $4500,- for 50% deposit on 7/20 2024 for a gate opener system and he has yet to do anything!!! he refuses to answer calls/texts and anything else.He operates under ***** different companies, and I will get to them all and leave feedback, before I drag him to court.

      I understand the frustration regarding this job site. Several factors have slowed down our progress. I spoke with ***, and he recalls that we were waiting for the power to be pulled. We requested that an outlet be installed just below the area where the control board will be placed to facilitate easy plugging in.

      If you can have that completed, I can finish this job the following week.

      **Problems:**  
      1. The gates present the most significant issue. They are too flimsy, so we had to reinforce them.  
      2. The posts are not installed correctly, and we are trying to work around this problem.  
      3. We are unclear about the installation we found during our site visit; we noticed that a Viking control board has already been installed.

      Please ensure that an outlet is installed within two feet of the control box location.

      Regarding our communication, our office number is ************, and we are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. I checked our line, and we have not missed any calls. There may have been times when you reached our voicemail, but we return all messages within 24 hours.
