My PC was constantly geting critical errors and crashing.However, I had ehaused all options and was feeling a tad helpless so I decided to get some professional help. I dropped of my custom PC to be called the next day telling me that windows was the issue. I felt dumb because it was a fairly simple solution that I hadn't tried, they wanted $150 for the service of a "tune up". I recieved a call 3/10/2021 that the errors had stopped and the system had been fixed. I was also notified that I was charged incorrectly from the beginning and I will owe an additional $60 because I had a custom PC. Fortunately they were very professional about that and waived the "fee" due to it being their mistake. I was happy and even tipped the tech $50 because he said he had fixed my issues and ultimately was polite enough to realize the mischarge was their mistake. Fast forward to when I finally get home and boot up my PC. I managed to get maybe an hour out of it before THE SAME EXACT CRASH happens again. So out of curiosity I go to check the event viewer and low and behold, the same error message. Not just that but they told me they had "tested it all day" and "it never crashed" yet the error logs show that same issue happened again shortly before I got my phone call saying it was fixed as well as a crash. So I am now about $175 down the drain for a "tune up" that uiltimately did nothing besides install some extra programs on my computer such as a remote desktop and some antivirus software that didn't even have an uninstaller. Finally in the "tune up" drivers weren't even updated, computer kept failing to create crash dump files, and it ended up being a software issue along with 2 BIOS settings that I ended up fixing myself after about 4 hours of research. I called to speak with the owner on 3/14/2022 as it said to do in his email that I recieved after the repair. Someone working the front desk asked why I needed to talk to him and would not pass *** phone to the manager/owner.Business response

I had the chance to speak with Mr. ********* last night extensible and after talking, we came to an agreement. Which is a refund of $ 60.00 in cash for the inconvenience that the situation has caused. He also indicated he will reach out to you in regards to this situation.
