    I bought a car in January 2025 2 months later it had door lock issue. It took them a couple of weeks to fix that. Then the car started leaking inside with the sunroof closed. Woke up the next day my sunroof was stuck in tilt position. I called warranty they told me to take it the shop. I took it there and they couldn't close it. 3 months later I woke to go to work. My whole sunroof was open. I called warranty they say take it the shop I was there almost the whole day. The warranty was telling the shop one thing and me something else. I had **** look at it. They say it was gone cost me ********* to fix it. I feel like I was sold a lemon

    Brought a car from them within 20 days, transmission slipping, didn't know the car was in two accidents after I pulled up carfax. Went back to dealership and ***** front desk was so rude my pressure went up. All they said was call warranty. You brought it smh. The Manager tried helping but driving with a car that had two accidents and lights on dashboard on. Warranty told me to go find out the problem then call them back. Pay out of pocket. I'm a disabled person om fix income. Beware of them scamming the disabled.

    If I could give less then a 1 star I would. Bought a van from day one it had issues and I am paying for a van that doesn't run. They take advantage of people, sell junk ans vehicles that have had severe damages.

Last contact with Warranty was on 3/14/25 where your claim was denied due to not changing the oil. Due to the status of the account, we will make arrangements to pick up the car.

    Thats a lot of lies there. My oil was changed several times. Yes I did lose my job and have been in communication with the bank weekly. You all are a rip off and the worst customer service ever. You s**** over several and I am not the first to complain. Also never once did I saw I was out of state. Nice try covering up for yourselves. I hope others see through your terrible system.

    Very unhappy with the purchase made as i left the dealership with a check engine light on and when i got home, parts of the car came off. Called the dealership because i have only drove it one day and want to return it, but they wont let me & all i want is part of my down payment back with them to take the car. i have read reviews and dont need to hassle with warranty and trying to fix my problem that they sold me with.

    This is the absolute worst place to buy a car ... I had my car for 1 month had to reset my banking information... 2 days late the third day the gentleman was there parked in front of my car and took it... Wanted to charge me $1200 to get it back and I had to do all this in 10 days... Be careful the scammers at the dealership make sure to tell you once the sale is done they have nothing else to do with the car... Scumbags .. scammers we work hard life our money.... I was floored WORST PLACE IN THE ***** TO BUY A CAR.... ******... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

    This statement is 100% false, I communicated and sent proof of changing banks...the reason the pathetic MID FLORIDA FAKING-************..gave is I asked them not to call my job, they claim because they could not call my job to verify employment, they could not move forward...idiots!! I asked them not to call my job because they were calling 10 times a day, they could have called to verify employment....worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with....they took out over $600 from my account beforehand, in the process of changing banks...4 days!! and on the very day when I was going to make the payment they had the repo guy who was very nice, sitting in front of my car at my job.....heartless scum..... then they tell me after I called day after day on the 7th day i needed to pay $1200 BTW only 10 days to get the car back....I have proof hard solid proof I communicated with these clowns and they we incompetent and unprofessional I sent everything the asked for. HELD MY ACCOUNT...... 4 days....SMH...I work hard for my money and felt violated and dirty after dealing with you people...Karma will strike unexpectedly... Have a Great Day!!!

    I bought a car from them a year ago and they made such a big deal about the trade in at ********************* it was a great deal after a year what they don't tell you is they don't give you any kind of break on the payoff so you really can't get into the car at ******** ****** unless you have a massive down payment because I've already tried and so it was a waste of my time buying from them

    Financed a vehicle through through them and the car is junk. I've had it for 10 months and it has broken down 3 times. I've had to replace the starter, alternator, engine coils and other miscellaneous things. And now it's not working again. I got a car from here previously and it was no problem that's why I went back again. But now never again. They want your life story if you want a payment deferred and they don't honor warranty coverage at their selected mechanic.

    I bought a 2016 ***** traverse from ok carz in December 2023 in April 2024 the motor seized up I had it towed to pep boys after two weeks they replaced the motor when I picked it up they told me I needed a new battery which I hadn't had any problems a hour and half after I picked up the car the ** quit I called pep boys they told me to bring it back i did the told me it's a bad line and there not responsible for it i contacted the warranty **** and they denied it said it wasn't covered by my warranty three weeks later it broke down again I had it towed to pep boys again after a week and a half they tell me it's the starter which is not covered i paid them **************************************************************** it's something in the motor is bad and needs to go to the ***** dealership and be checked i took it to regal ***** after 2 weeks they say motor is bad and needs to be replaced the following Monday someone called me from the warranty company told me they were having my car towed to either pep boys or ok carzs and getting my 500 dollars back for the starter after calling for a few days the warranty company tells me my car is at ok carz and out of there hands I've been calling for over a week no one i talk to knows about my car and keep transferring my call to service **** voice mail which I've left several messages no call backs can someone please tell me whats going on its been 6 weeks since i took it in

    The sales was person was great but the car we bought one month ago to date has been in the repair shop 5times I haven't even made my first payment yet.Then I stopped by to talk to someone about the car and the manager was very rude and all I wanted was answer to why they put a broken car on the lot and sold it, then told me I could give the car back and not get a refund if I wasn't happy. Not a way to act with a customer that just paid over $20000 for a car from them

    I purchased a 2018 *********** February.. I left them a great Review. 2 WEEKS later the car end up at ************ because the engine light came on, it started running bad , and the front plastic protecting Under the car started ripping off. I left my vehicle for about a week at their Repair shop 40 minutes from my home. Spent additional money on Lyfts and a rental. Today is mar 28 , they repossessed my car 2 days ago because I was 5 days late on my payments that they agreed to make an arrangement on . I received a bill for ****** even though I still have the temporary tags and paid almost $2000 to them. This is disgusting and ok cars and their financing department are scammers . I am taking this to Court
