The pool we got from. Sanjuan pools is the best. We have owned other pools in previous homes and this is the best one. Any questions we have had were answered. Highly recommend them. The quality of the build is exceptionalReview from Nancy M

I had a small chip on my pool when I got my pool delivered but thanks to San Juan pools service tech they repaired it and it looks like new right away. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

Do not believe the promise of quick install. We signed our contract in July of 2020. San Juan Authorized dealer said November installation. Made no move to do County permits Then on November 19 informed San Juan had delayed delivery until January 2021. In January they informed again pool install would be delayed. Pool arrived on March 15 2021 but had be placed on the street since authorized dealer had not dug hole. Pull went in the ground on Saturday March 20th today is June 24th 3 months later and we have a green pipe sticking out from the ground which the authorized dealer is too busy to co.e to cut. We are yet to get salt in the pool and the dealer is non-commital. Acts like they are doing us a favor. When we call San Juan they send us to the sales rep. Being a San Juan authorized rep does not add assurance. Vet your contractor properly. We trusted the San Juan Authorized dealer label an now we are paying the price. Just sad. We do not recommend at all... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Review from Bryan L

Absolute nightmare of a company. We bought a pool from this company to the tune of $35,000 and it took forever to get it. First it was excuses about a shortage of employees, then it was excuses about their delivery truck breaking down and they needed to delay delivery until they could get it fixed. It wasn't until we said we were sending a trucking company over to pick up our pool that they finally admitted they didn't even have our pool and wouldn't be able to start building it for several weeks. Additionally the installation company they set us up with was a joke ! The 4 week install ended up being 6 months. We went through weeks where they didn't show up, didn't return phone calls, and they even attempted to extort more money from us by refusing to work until we paid them more money. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid this company !!!
