Our builder used this company. We decided to use their pool cleaning company- Blue Frog as well. The 1st year we needed a new motor. It was covered under warranty. The 2nd year we needed a new motor & the motor company covered that one. 3rd year the pool cleaners never showed up, pool is turning green, called multiple times & never returned my calls & AGAIN, needed a new motor. Hired a new cleaning company who installed a new motor...its been 4 years since we've had the new motor but now after 7 years we have a leak. Thought I would call carribean but as I expected they never returned my call....Review from Allison B

Completed our pool way faster than expected and under budget .. especially compared to quotes from other companies in the area. We’ve had our pool for 2 years now and no issues. Absolutely love it! My kids have enjoyed swimming so much this summer, as they are finally old enough to truly enjoy it! Would highly recommendReview from Marianne S

Last year I pricing new pool installation. I contacted Caribbean Pools to have them come and access my property for construction. They were able to start much sooner than I expected, to my joy. They finished on time and within budget although I had to add on to the contract. I did have them come back for minor repairs, but again they arrived on time and finished to my satisfaction.
