Caribbean pools finished the installation of my pool in July of 2020. Since the installation, there have been punch list issues that need to be resolved. These issues include improperly operating spa blower jets, a malfunctioning auto-chlorinator, missing tile grout, installing the pool alarm, and an underground leak. I have communicated these issues with the company since August of 2020, both verbally and in writing. Although they say they will take care of the items, I cannot get a firm date and time for the repairs.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/05/26) */ We will be out on Thurs., May 27th to look at and resolve the issues. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/06/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) As of 06/01/21, the company has not shown up at my house and has made no attempt to contact me to schedule a resolution date. This issue remains unresolved.
