One of their drivers hit a tree on my property. We agreed to $100 compensation to have the tree replanted. It has now been more than 3 months, dozens of phone calls and emails, and I still do not have a check.Business response

We did not have the consumer's name in our customer database. After talking with the consumer it was identified that she is a neighbor to one of our customers. I was able to verify her information and I advised her verbally that we would check into her issue ASAP. Upon hanging up I was able to reach our AP Dept. They have confirmed check #***** was issued in July. They are confirming with the bank if the check has been cashed before we can issue a stop payment and reissuing of the payment. We will work as quickly as possible to get this matter resolved for the consumer.
