Mid Florida credit Union location ****** branch in ************** Florida stay away at all costs from this location! Bank manager is absolutely rude to the point of unbelievably rude. I came in to cash a bank draft Drawn off of this location for an automobile purchase I follow the requirements that were required when I came in to draft into who was very nice unfortunately, she was unsure how to handle the transaction. She called the bank manager bank manager looked at and kind of squinted and rolled her eyes and discussed, and then called me into the office and proceeded to tell me how to handle the transaction which was not all the way its been written on the bank draft I explained I followed the rules, but the whole interaction was A disaster and I would never do business with this bank again and thats after 15 years of doing business with them when I asked the manager how to get a hold of her superior she wouldnt answer me unbelievableMidflorida Credit Union Response

I fell on hard times. Barely able to make my normal payments much less the payment on my truck. As I tried to see what could be done I was treated rudely every step of the way by the collections department. It must be nice to never have hard times happen but at least learn to treat people with respect when it does happen. Im in tears learning that my truck has to go away and you guys made it worse. I would like my freedom account to be converted to a regular checking account They are saying that I Overdrafted my account this was on their end because even though they do not pay a transaction they charge you a fee I have kept my account in good standing since I got the account and once my year of having this account arrived they deny my request because of their error they need to re-evaluate how they treat remember who they charge fees I would understand if I purposely Over drafted my account but I did not the ** occured because of Midflorida and now they want to punish me for their error I want this to be made right or i will close my account and make sure everyone knows of thisMidflorida Credit Union Response

THIS IS A HORRIBLE BANK!!! I make my car payments two weeks ahead and they sent me a notice saying I am late on my payment and charged me a late fee. This can damage my perfect credit rating on payments. I am furious!!! I did not want to use this bank for a car loan but my dealership made me. I should have a choice of where I get a loan from.Midflorida Credit Union Response

I am a Midflorida member and to my shock, I was denied service at a local branch. I was only making a deposit, not even withdrawing any money!The teller seemed helpful at first but he appeared to be called over by a manager, after which he said he could not help me and there was nothing he could do. I told him I have made similar deposits at this branch in the past with no problem, but he said he couldn't do anything.The branch manager came over and she wouldn't even look at me or address me.Terrible bank. Midflorida credit union is a terrible place to work at. They treat their employees like dirt and they have their favorites. They put impossible work load work on you just to fire or write you up if you don't fulfill the duties. They let the employees that they like do anything meanwhile the other employees get special privileges. DO NOT WORK THERE. THE PAY IS GOOD BUT IF THEY DONT LIKE YOU AND YOU GET PAID GOOD THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO GET YOU OUT. HR is pointless because they are on the managers side not about what's right. ***Customers Beware*** If I could give them a Zero I would! I have been hit with a negative credit due to their system issues and they (managerApril in Collections) would not accept fault for the company or try to correct it. Instead, she said "You're calling on Friday at almost 5pm" and hung ** with me. People in these positions and this type of service provider should be more sensative to people's credit as it is very important to maintain a good score. I will move forward with writing to the BBB as well because a system error should not be my fault and should be fixed. I should not be hung up on (even on a Friday at almost 5pm). ***** is a horrible manager/person who needs corrective actions or shown the door.Review from Tetyana S

I contacted Midflorida Bank to ask simple question how can I schedule payment to our cleaners . We are in rental business and using cleaning services quite often. I did a research and found a link with description how to set up Quick ACH Payment. Here it is *************************************************************************************************** None of the steps was available for me when I log in to my Midflorida Account . I call to ********************** and spoke to ********. She talked to me very arrogant and made me sounds like i am an idiot. She said that She never heard of option of ACH set up. When I asked her to look up for it and gave her link to the guide she said " I really dont know where you get this information from. We never had this option"..... I asked her transfer me to her supervisor and she put me on hold forever. No one ever answer the phone nor call me back. I've been a member for years, and never had such bad customer service. I had fraudulent charges on my account and called to report it. They shut my card off and was able to issue a new one. However, the lady in charge of my case, *******, is accusatory and not helpful. I was due to get provisional credit days ago but she would rather accuse my kids of using my card then to do her job. I've even went to file a police report myself. Very frustrating.Midflorida Credit Union Response
