I am an established, well mannered, hard working person. I scheduled an appt with my Doctor because I am dealing with joint and nerve pain as well as a recent abdominal pain. I waited 45 minutes past my appt. time. I had to ask twice about the wait as I work and my time is my money. When I got to the back I was clearly frustrated with the lack of professionalism, my time being wasted and overall care. I was treated like I was hostile by an ****** insensitive nurse who decided my concerns and frustrations were not valid enough to even apologize to me for. She left as she didn't like my attitude and sent in another nurse who was also ready to defend the clinic and didn't care at all about my time, my reasons for being there, advising me that there were emergency patience that delayed the Dr. **** I checked this was a clinic not a hospital so not sure what type of 'urgent' care they were providing despite other patients that are waiting for help. Then the Dr. made her appearance, but rather than speaking to me directly she talked to the nurse about me and asked if I was there trying to get pain pills! She made ME sound like I'm the problem even though they were the ones who were impacting my day! And accusing me of trying to get pain pills when all I wanted was help figuring out WHY I was in pain. I wanted an MRI for my joints, but was made out to be some sort of drug addict. I will NEVER go back to this place and will make sure I tell everyone about this experience. The most insulted and disrespected I've ever been in my life. I'm a professional, something this place knows nothing about. Stay far far away.

This doctor's office confirmed for me that they were in-network and participating with my insurance plan, gave me paperwork to complete and scheduled an appointment for me. I subsequently learned that they were ending their participation with my insurance plan. When I questioned the office, the office manager, Amanda *********** said this was not true and I could keep my appointment. However, my insurance company informed me that there was a contract issue with the doctor's office. When I sought to confirm this with the doctor's office, they again told me they took my insurance and to keep my appointment. After receiving no verification of their participation with my insurance plan, I cancelled my appointment. Meanwhile, repeated attempts to communicate with Amanda *********** were ignored. A week later, the doctor's office contacted me to re-schedule an appointment without any explanation except to say 'Amanda' told them to call me and schedule an appointment. Amanda knew full well, the entire time, that if I went to the appointment while they are not participating providers, I would be solely responsible for payment of my office visit and continued to encourage me to keep/re-schedule appointments. As of the time of this complaint, they are still not participating with my insurance plan. The operation of their office staff, including the office manager Amanda ***********, was unprofessional and purposely deceptive.
