      Ive been living at this residence since April 2018 every month I pay around $25-$30. In September 2023 I received a bill for $77.16 (never received the physical bill) asking for an investigation to see what caused the huge increase, Toho were unable to determine any reason, they cut my bill in half that day, and since every month I was paying the exact amount $48.70, In February 2024 according to Taho employees my next door neighbor had a leak and they were fixing the entire pluming. I placed a complaint for bad water (the water smells like raw egg, or something dead). **** left a sticky note that they have flushed the water, but the problem persists.) Now in March my bill once again increased with the same amount of water consumption $58.38 (never received the physical bill). I spoke with ******* from Taho on 3/13/24, she stated that since August of 2020 they were estimated the water consumption due that they were not getting reads, that they started to get reads again since February of 2024, they are trying to charge me now for the pluming change Taho did next door. I don't understand if they were estimating why the double charge for usage, and based on that **** made the estimate, when for a long time I have paid no more than $30.00 a month. I'm tired of these companies just making their own rules and charging us whatever they want & scamming people out of money. Need help.

      Hello,My name is *************************. I reside at **************************************************************The purpose of this communication is to inform you of my elevated recent bills. This issue has started since the beginning of ****. Initially, my bill was doubled the normal bill, I contacted the customer service department and someone was sent out to investigate the issue. Whomever, was sent out never made contact with me: instead, they left dirt and mud on my sidewalk. If there was a leak, I was not informed, nor reimbursed. I have been a long time customer with Zero late payments, and Toho water has rewarded me with a ten to twenty percent increase. The last two bills seems to be factious and automatically populated without any real reading of my meter.. I hope this can be rectified as soon as possible. Sincerely,Navn Boodhan
