My **** Dodge Ram **** Laramie 4X4 Truck was towed to All World Transmission where i paid $******* to ***************************** for my transmission to be repaired.Then at the request of ***************************** i paid ****** to ******************* in ********* ******* after having it towed ro thar facility.Then one month later albeit the vehicle had to be towed to and from the Muffler shop, the Truck was then towed to Acton Gator to fix the brakes at ***************************** Request. The Action Gator cost $1800.00. All Transmission World still is not finished fixing my truck and giving excuse after excuse with no resolution to this date and i am without transportation which restricts my availability to work nearly impossible I just want what i paid ******* Dollars to have completed or half my Money ****.00 and the truck.Business response

I had issue with my suv 2016 Mitsubishi Oulandar transmission. I called Charles with All Transmission, Kissimmee.He sent a towing company to tow my Suv to his shop on Saturday, April 18, 2022.After 4 days, He gave my an estimate of $6300 which I paid him on Friday, Aprill 22nd He told me that he will order parts today & He should have my Suv will be ready by Friday, April 29th. But every time I call I was given a an excuse parts are delayed it went on for a month. I was paying $500 weekly car rental..Finally I got my Suv back on May 19th.Since it took very long time to fix my Suv Charles promise to comensate me for car rental $200 per month for 10 months.Next day I drove to work & broke down on Hwy I-4,I called Charles & he got Suv towed.I got rental car again so I can go to work. My Suv was in their shop for 2 weeks. After second Transmission repair I drove my Suv for 3 months. .On Friday, October 22nd, it broke down again.This time my Suv was in the shop for 108 days. . All this time I was givin all sorts of excusses Suv was sent to Mitsibishi Dealer for transmission programing, Charles boss Tanner was supposed to get programing kit & program himself, thenr then some one from Miami Transmission remanufacturing company will come to kissimmee to program, then my Suv was sent to Miami for programing .Finally My Suv was ready for me to pick up, when I went .to pick up Suv A/C was making loud noise I went inside the shop & told Charles but he was too busy to look at it.I took my vehicle to * *** **** Lakeland A/C blower was broken & they replaced it & charged me $495.I send an email to Tanner about A/C repair, he replied back that when his mechanic took for a test drive there was no problem with A/C,which is not true.My Suv was in shop almost 4 months, it was towed back & forth to different places and many different mechanics worked on it, one of them damaged A/C blower. My Suv was in the shop for total of 6 months. I paid $780 for auto insurance & $660 for vehicle service contract & paid about $3500 for car rental.$333 for A/C repair. Suv trade inn value decreased by $2000.Charles sent me 3 checks of $200 each & then he stopped sending me money. I demand that All Transmission kissimmee should refund me 50% of tansmission repair chanrges ($3121) along with $333 for A/C repair.Business response

All Transmission World has followed our warranty contract agreement in regards to the repairs on this vehicle. I have discussed all of this situation with the customer. Unfortunately our contract between the customer and All Transmission World does not cover rental cars, lose of wages, etc. We went above and beyond to get this vehicle repaired at no charge to the customer. This customer has already threatened me with bad reviews, BBB complaints, and social media negativity. That is considered slander and we will seek legal action if this continues.
