I brought dry cleaning to this establishment April 24, went in May 1 to pick it up. I did not have the receipt but have been there several times, and my phone number is on their computer with all my information. She told us without a receipt she cannot give us our laundry. She said she was too busy to look for it and there was no other customers in the store. Now she refuses to answer her telephone. We want our laundry or I will go out and I will buy five Tommy Bahama shirt which we dropped off and I will take her to small claims court.Business response

The Customer now has his shirt. He did not have his receipt to pick up the shirt, he was told that the receipt was scanned to retrieve his shirt. There is a way for the system to look up by phone number however it takes time and there was a delivery at the back door and the only worker in the store needed to receive the delivery. Later in the day his wife came in to pick up the shirt, the process of scanning the receipt was explained to her and she read the sign on the wall reminding customers to bring their receipt. The customer now has his shirt.
