            Called them on Sunday the 19th and he said he would be out around 3 on Monday. Came around 5 and was there 5 minutes, said you need a starter. Okay can you bring it back. No. I'll see you Tuesday. At like 6pm on Tuesday I text them and called the office. He said can't come until Wednesday. He came Wednesday about 10 and was there 5 minutes. We paid him $287. He said give 3-4 hours and it will be frozen. At like 6 my husband and I went to load it and it shocked us, blew a fuse and won't even turn on. I text him and called the office. Next morning we get a we will refund your money, never call us again. We just wanted him to fix it. We lost about $1000 worth of food and he still has not refunded our money nor tried to make it right. I had someone come out today on the 25th. All Appliance Repair put a .25 starter on a 1 horse compressor so it blew it up. I sent him that info and again he said don't call us. Before he came out on the 20th, it worked, had a light on, was cold.

            I called 3 other companies before finding All American Appliance. I had little to no response from any of them. I spoke with the owner about my situation with our refrigerators. He was fully booked for that day, but said if his Tech finished early, he would send him my way. Sure enough, he said that Wayne would be coming by. Wayne was very knowledgable, honest and a pleasure to have helping me out. With his recommendation we salvaged the fridge we were planning to put by the curb and ordered a part for my garage fridge. I honestly felt uneasy about finding a repair company, but now feel with confidence like I have a company that I will return to for any of my appliance repair needs. Thank-you!
