          Cornerstone Asset Metals, LLC has entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Commerce (DOC). The Department of Commerce alleged the business sold gold bullion in Minnesota without first registering with the Department Of Commerce. In addition, the DOC alleged the business provided incomplete information in response to a request by the Department.

          Cornerstone Asset Metals, LLC agreed to a pay a $10,000.00 civil penalty, refrain from violating any laws, rules or orders and to pay investigative fees in the amount of $225.00
