We got ******* when we moved here a year and a half ago with this company. They quoted us a $6000 move compared to everyone else wanting $15,000. We gave them a nonrefundable $2000 deposit they called a couple weeks later to go over All the stuff that we had and then was told it would be $12,000 and that we would have to give another nonrefundable deposit. So if we didnt continue with them, we wouldve lost our first $2000 deposit. They were still cheaper than everyone else so we gave them more money to secure the new price. When the movers came they stopped halfway through the move and said they were done. Ask them what they were talking about and they said we had met our max ********** They wanted to charge us thousands of dollars more and wouldve brought our total moving cost to $22,000! We told them to go to h*** and we rented a moving truck to move the rest of the stuff ourselves. All in all, we couldve had any other trustworthy company do it for $15-$16,000. it cost us $20,000 plus I had to rent a U-Haul truck and drive it myself with the rest of our stuff while my wife had to drive in our vehicle separately with our pets the entire way from ***** to ************. It was a nightmare and we tried to seek retribution from about the $10,000 worth of damage that they caused in the move. We had photos of ruined antiques and broken *****. No one would do anything about it and then they just go out of business. They even threatened a lawsuit against us we wrote bad reviews about them. My wife lost half of her retirement fund to them and they just did not care about a disabled veteran and his retired nurse wife

Horrible company. Dont use them. They lost or damaged many of my mothers belongings, including family treasures. Some damage was due to rain during transport, as the truck leaked.

Horrible, just horrible experience. Navistar cheated ** out of $7000 by providing only half a truck and the driver. The are not a moving company, they are a BROKER who hires anyone they can get. We had to hire people to help load, get help from family and friends. To get our furniture from the truck, we had to pay the balance and lost everything we had put down- about $6800. One mover took home OUR piano and said we gave it to him. I was devastated- it was my late dad's and was now 7 hours away, we settled for $200 with the driver but still angry about it.The promises made by this company will be false statements.... do not believe all the hype they promise. We not only lost money on them, we had to rent 2 UHaul trucks and 3 trailers to finish what they didn't do. Sad to say, but we were totally ripped off!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS, STAY AWAY!!!If I could give them less than one star I would. They damaged our antique furniture, only brought pieces of other furniture and they ribbed is blind. All of our boxes had been gone through, they "lost" a queen sized mattress and box spring, a compound miter saw and countless collectables. When I tried to file a claim, they said to file it with the people they contacted with and the contractors said to file with Navistar. I was NEVER able to speak with the original person I set the move up with. We had to raise the money for the cost of the move (we're 2 disabled woman), and we ended up getting robbed with no where to turn.

Worst experience I have ever had! Nothing but a scam. First they said just about $10,000 then it went to approximately $13,000 finally it was just about $20,000. I have called several times no one answers the phone and or returns my phone call. We also have a lost box that a person at Navistar told me it was at a warehouse! *** called several times to find out where my box was no answer or return call. Also said all of our items would be covered by their insurance, that were damaged or broken, we had almost $20,000 in damage and broken stuff insurance would only give ** $254. Nothing but a scam. I highly Do not recommend this company. Stay away from then. They take your money and wash their hands of you, also said all of our items would be put on one truck and go straight to where we moved! Another lie, it was transported to several locations loaded and unloaded and then loaded again. Probably why we had so much damaged and broken items.Again nothing but a joke scamming company.

Unfortunately, my mom found these movers and told me to put down a deposit. I did and then did the research afterward and found all of these reviews. Yes, they're criminals and I'm getting an attorney involved to get my money back. DO NOT USE.

Sheer criminals. Every dirty trick and scam tactic known to the industry: 1) Fake customer rating website with bogus reviews, 2) Series of broken promises on timing of the move and who would be moving, 3) farmed our move to the absolute worst movers who literally held our goods hostage, 4) never returned my deposit after offering to cancel our final moving leg.DO NOT hire them, under ANY circumstances

********! First I was greeted by the most convincing sales person *****, he assured me 24hs customer service, he assured me no surprises, he assured me if any problems I could reach out directly. None of which were true!!!I specifically asked if I was going to deal with a third party and he mentioned they have trucks available from his own company and that my move was not going to be picked up by a third party. (The reason why I asked this is to minimize the risk by having to contact multiple parties in case of an eventual problem). Well, the day of the move I got a call stating that the truck was already at the location ready to pick up my move. They didnt give me a courtesy call one hour prior and the driver was complaining of having to wait around. Once I arrived I was hit with the surprise that the agreed price pay based on space was not sufficient for what I had, I was overcharged by $921 dollars at spot and told if I dont pay they would leave and I would loose the downpayment already paid. I pursed to call ***** who answered me and put me on hold forever, then the calls started to go to voice mail. I ended up paying and praying that my items were in safe hands during the move the two workers apparently tired from other moves were complaining the entire time of the amount of boxes and how heavy things were I ended up working as well to help them out. I was then cornered to give a high asking tip.I was never given a delivery day and the Navistar company didnt provide me any update at all as to delivery day, I was then contacted by the carrier who picked up the move and told it was going to be delivered, when it arrived I have at least 4 to 5 boxes missing, I was mistakenly delivered three boxes from a prior move they had, I also had many broken items as result of poor handling.Overall it was a horrible experience, poor customer service, ended up being overcharged, lies and promises that were never met. Please dont do business with this company !!!
