      We hired roof doctors in Dec 6,2022 to install silicone roof coating on our roof over storm guard product. We were assured that the **** silicone was excellent and would provide a water barrier And protection. The agreement in fact states a 20 year no leak warranty with maintenance. Three coats of Product and flashing was installed by employees working for roof doctors in the third week in December. We paid the balance of the invoice on March 9, 2024. On June 24,2023 I received attached photo from the person who checks my house indicating that mold had started to growing in the unit because of water penetration and on August 30, 2023 the person taking care of the unit sent more photos water penetration and water damage on the ceiling. When we arrived in late Oct 2023, My husband put more storm guard and tar to repair. March 202024!after another rain, we noticed more ceiling damaged from water penetration. We have ordered metal roof panels as clearly the silicone product and installation that was guaranteed was misrepresented and it cracked and did not even last six months resulting in leaks in the unit.

      It was July 2020 when I contracted Roof Doctors to repair the leaking metal panel roof over my back patio at a cost of $1175.Work was done, the bill paid in full and I received a written 5 year warranty on the metal panel roof.The repair didn't even hold for a year, and in June 2021 I notified Roof Doctors that the roof was leaking again.I was put in touch with someone who would work to resolve the issue (not sure if employee or contractor).I was in direct contact with the worker via text messages. He made many visits between June 2021 and October 2021, to try to resolve the leak. He was clearly growing tired of the seemingly intractable problem.His last visit was October 3 2021, when I worked directly with him on the roof, bringing a garden hose to try to determine the source of the leak, and supplies to attempt a repair.We found an area that did leak through. He added sealant to the area, and we tested it again with the garden hose.It didn't leak, so he left for the day.Six days later, on October 9 2021, there was a hard rain and the roof continued to leak as before.I texted him again to let him know, but he never replied.July 15, 2023, I sent Roof Doctors a copy of the bill of sale, which clearly states there is a 5 year warranty on the metal panel roof.I pointed out that last year's hurricane, which he'd mentioned, is irrelevant, because the roof had been leaking ever since the last time the repair was attempted in October 2021.I requested again, that my roof be fixed, but got no response.July 18, 2023, I E-mailed again inquiring as to whether or not they intended to honor the written warranty, and again got no response.I E-mailed again on August 23 acknowledging their lack of response to my previous 2 E-mails, and offered my understanding that the job may be too difficult for them, and that I would be contented to accept a full refund so I could hire a different roofing company.Not surprisingly, I got no response again.

      We signed a contact back in January 2023 and paid a deposit. In July when no work had been done and no one had been in touch with us I contacted them and asked for a refund. I was told they would send me a refund. By the end of August I had not received anything and when I tried to contact them again all the phone numbers were out of service. I want a refund since no services were provided. Thank you!

      I am rejecting this response because: I signed the contract on January 25, 2023.  I called several times in February and March and asked about installation. I couldn't get a commitment on installation. Finally, on July 14th, ************************************************************************************** and no work has been done.  On Tuesday, July 18th, I left a voice mail requesting a refund of my deposit.  Finally on Thursday, July 20th I spoke to someone and he said a refund would be no problem, to send a picture of the contract along with the address I would like the check send it. I sent a text message to the number he gave me ************. I got no response.  On July 27th he contacted me about setting up an installation date.  I told him I spoke to him about a week ago and he was suppose to be refunding my deposit.  I sent another follow up text to the number stated above.  On August 29th when I still had not received my check and had gotten no response to either text I tried to call the phone numbers again on my contract: ************** and **************. They both were not in service. I even called the project manager's cell phone - ************ which was also out of service. I then left a message on ************.  When I couldn't get a response I filed a complaint with BBB. 

      At this point it has been almost 8 months.  I want a refund of my deposit like I was told I could get back on July 20th.

      I hired a roofing contractor to repair my parents' roof after it was damaged by Hurricane ***. We initially agreed on a price of $14,900 for shingles. However, another contractor visited our house and offered a different solution for the roof that could be completed in less than two weeks in November, without the delays associated with obtaining permits. The cost for this alternative solution was $12,000, and we agreed to it, paying a deposit.When the work began, the same contractor attempted to increase the repair cost. After much negotiation, we managed to keep the price as agreed. However, our main issue with the roofing company is that they never returned to finish the job. Despite numerous calls, both my father and I struggled to reach them. In December, when I called, I was informed that they needed sunshine to complete the job properly and obtain the necessary seal.In May 2023, due to concerns about the approaching hurricane season and large insects and bugs entering through the roof, I called again to express my worries. Finally, the roofing company sent a different contractor to assess the situation and determine how to finish the job. It was not until late June that they completed the work. It is extremely frustrating that the roofing company, Roof Doctors, took a staggering 8 months to complete a roof repair that was initially promised to be finished within two weeks. This significant delay is unacceptable, especially considering the minimal communication we received during this time. To make matters worse, despite the extensive delay and lack of progress, Roof Doctors had the audacity to demand immediate payment in full and threatened to place a lien on my parents' property if we did not comply. Such behavior is both unfair and unprofessional, particularly when the roofing company was responsible for the delays in the first place.

      Roof Doctors did the Roofing System 6 months ago and completed the client's minor Siding and Fascia Storm Damage about 3 weeks ago. We never had any problems with the client until we asked for the final payment of $7,500.  The client wants to pay $6,000 & we countered with $7,000.  Roof Doctors never had any issues with the client before and hopefully can settle this amicably.

      hired roof doctor to repair my roof, gutters and downspout, for a total charge of ********* after hurricane ***. i gave a ******** down payment on 12/07/2022 and the roof repair was partially done but they damaged the roof panels and bent them when they were working on the roof inside lanai and no other work was completed. ****** asked for another deposit of ******** on 02/23/2023 and i gave it to him and he has never done any more work on my home since that february payment. i have contacted the roofer many times and i contacted the owner 2 times and the general contractor probably 4 times and now they dont even respond back to me.

      they havent reached out to me yet and not only do they have to do gutters and spout but they also have to fix the damage they did to my interior ceiling from when they were walking on *******. this is a mobile home and they bent in the panels on the roof when they were up there and inside my home the ceilings are curved inward.

      I am rejecting this response because: i have gotten someone else to do the rest of the work they wouldnt come do, i was not waiting forever. they also dont even acknowledge the damage they did to my inside ceilings when they were on my roof. i am done with these people, there are many people in my park here that had the same problems. they took money and did not do work promised, not to mention the extensive damage they did to my ceiling that they wont repair. im not going back and forth with them anymore, i will contact a lawyer and get my just due in court.

      Concerning invoice 2526-9/16-2021 the work was done. The Lanai is leaking I have video and documented phone calls to this business requesting a recovering. They have not responded. I tried to send you the videos but they would not send. Total job amount $10,125. My coverage here at Spanish lake, telephone wise, is poor. Please call is something else is needed or email me as I said I have video and documented calls your help would be appreciated as I live off of social security only and do not have the money to do it myself, I do have a contract any help you can give me will be appreciated, *******************.

      On July 19, 2020 Roof doctors was hired to fix a leak in my roof with a one year warranty. On August 5,2021, a big water leak in the same are appeared. I contacted roof doctors about the leak. They stated warranty had expired. I however needed the roof fixed and agreed to pay for repairs. A so called roof repair man came and quoted a price of $2,250 to fix the leak. This man was grossly obese and barely managed to get on roof. This is a metal shingle roof that extreme care must be taken to bend/ damage metal. This man spent 3 days trying to stop leak and made a complete mess of the roof and stated he quit and couldn't fix it. I contact the owner of the company who refused to see the mess his worker made and he hung up on me on 3 different occasions.. I had another company come fix the roof properly at a cost $1,600. I am asking for reimbursement of $1,600. The reason being is this worker stated over 3 days that the first worker never fixed the leak .Please see attached.

I never hung up the phone on Mr *****, but he did call on Friday 8/20/2021 saying he wanted his $600 back and he never received a check back from us? I told him he must be joking, right? I told him that check had been returned and he basically called me a liar? Well I had the bounced check right next to me and immediately texted him the copy of it. I thought that was the end of the story? Maybe I hurt his feelings telling him his check bounced? I don't really know? The is an amazing response, the check never bounced I stopped payment on the checks, this man hung up on me 3 times. He also never said anything about as the owner fixing the situation, nor even coming out to see the issue. The house suffered more damage due to removing the tarp by the worker on the first day saying roof was fixed. I assumed the owner would rectify this issue, however from his response legal action will be taken instead of him trying to remedy situation. This company is shady and I should have known it when the try to get me to commit insurance fraud by giving me seconds I novice at a higher amount for insurance. I guess I will see them in court.
