      I paid for mechanic service with this dealership back in May 2021 which was over a$1100 bill .My car was in their possession for over 3 weeks. when I went to pick up my vehicle, the same week the problem with my car was still showing the reason why I put it in the shop which was for a oil leak. I then called the business and I was told to bring it back which at this time its the month of July. I took it back the end of July from July to the 3rd week in august they had my vehicle sitting and never once touched it .which during those times I was out of transportation. I was then told to bring it back again and they promise so as they get it they will fix it within a week. well I did that and they had my vehicle for 2 weeks which is now September 2021. I called every other day and was told it will be ready that following Friday. Friday came and past and it wasn't ready. I went to go see what was going on. once again my vehicle was never touched the owner ****** refused to issue my money back for fail to provide the service I paid for originally that they never fixed. I had to then take it to a better reliable mechanic company which now the service repair costed more due to Jax auto wholesale negligence they also caused more damages which was a whole coolant system which they damage my vehicle by taking things apart and not doing the job ,not putting things back together properly but making things worse. I was told by the owner ****** to sue him because he not giving me my money back and to get off his premises after My daughter came there to try and get it resolve. due to me being disabled and without transportation and finances. I had to borrow to get it fix from another company .it left me more disabled and emotional damage. They are not good people, they rip offs ,unprofessionalism, scammed me out my disability check with out even fixing my transportation. I will be taking them to court.

      To whom it may concern;

      Ms. ******* brought her 2010 Audi Q5 to the service department back on

      January 27th,2021 stating that the vehicle check engine light comes on and vehicle runs rough. Also the ESP light comes on.( she was told the the engine is out of time)

      We performed diagnostic and found correlation codes in the ECM meaning engine is out of time causing the vehicle to run very rough.

      After Authorization from Ms. *******, we performed the repair by replacing timing components and vehicle was picked up on February 15th, 2021 in great running condition.( odometer reading was ******). We also mentioned to her that the vehicle needs suspension work. Ms. ******* brought the vehicle back in May 2021 to fix  the suspension work that was recommended. In July 2021 Ms. ******* brought the vehicle for repair of a coolant leak she had, at the same time she mentioned that there is an oil leak.

      We fixed the coolant leak and told Ms. ******* that the oil leak is caused by a Pinched gasket between the timing cover and the oil pan while being assembled by the technician back in February and that we will fix the oil leak.

      Unfortunately, Ms. ******* brought the vehicle back to the service department to have it fixed on couple occasions and the vehicle was Not worked on by my service manager. Neither to say that my service manager has been fired.

      I WOULD LIKE an opportunity to FIX her oil leak we created.

      In conclusion, Ms. ******* is asking for a refund claiming that the vehicle was never fixed. That is a complete false statement.

      The symptoms she had when the vehicle was brought to us was repaired and she has been driving the vehicle since.

      If you have any question, please do not hesitate to contact me.

      Thank you,

      To whom it may concern;

      I totally understand the frustration of *** *******. She drove the vehicle back to the service department on couple occasions and left it here for the oil leak to be fixed and my service department failed to work on it.

      The Manager of my service department has been fired after what happened with *** *******. ( He should have dealt with this situation as a priority, and made sure it goes through the shop ASAP)

      I will Not issue a refund for a job that we completed and fixed, But I stand behind what I originally told **********, I will fix her oil leak in a timely manner if given the opportunity.

      Thank you,

       Complaint: ********

      I am rejecting this response because:I took my 2010 Audi Q5 to Jax auto wholesale on jan 25,2021 my engine light was on  And my vehicle was running roughy.after a diagnostic was performed I was told by **** ***** that my vehicle was out of timing  and needed to be repaired by replacing timing components. I authorize for repairs to be done on Feb 15 2021 . I pick up my vehicle and paid a total of 3,4999.93 .I was told by **** ***** if I have any further issues to bring it back.after driving for a week on Feb 20 2021.my engine light came back on my dashboard indicating no oil.I took my vehicle back to the shop .after another diagnostic was performed I was told by **** ***** that the timing chain was not installed correctly during the original repair and that it was a rushed job.he then promised me that he would take care of it .I continued to be patient for months from March 2021 to October 2021 and the problem had the problem have getting it repaired was dragged for several months .my vehicle was still not correctly done .I went to shop Nov 16 2021 and ask to speak to ***** ****** the owner and ask for a refund and was denied of it . This repair that was never repaired correctly caused a oil leak that is still not fixed and also a major coolant issue that had to get repaired right away out of my pocket .due to their negligence with repairing my vehicle cause me other mechanical issues. If they have done what they was suppose to do then a person wouldn’t have had to be fired .so it showed you that Jax Auto Wholesale failed me as a customer and I paid for a service that was never done correctly and cause me other out of pocket expenses and out of transportation during all of this.

      Regards,
