    Sent wrong tires. Terrible company. Zero customer service. Unorganized rude mess. They dont care about their customers at all. They are liars and misleading. PLEASE check the MILLION POLICIES this company has in place to make sure they make the customer life terrible and make it so they dont have to help customers at all even when they are deceptive and at fault. I will tell as many people as possible to never buy anything from this website.

    Priority tir I bought a set of four tires from priority tire one of them was out of round and couldn't be balanced so I bought a fifth,, with the assurance that I would be reimbursed for the bad tire well I have jumped through all their hoops pictures and documentation and they are still not standing behind their product stating that they are a middle man I bought the tire from them I should get the money back from them,, save your moneye does not stand behind their products

    Subject: Formal Complaint – Unresolved **** Tire Order (Order Date: June 13, 2025)
    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am filing a formal complaint regarding an incomplete **** order placed with Priority Tire on June 13, 2025, for four GT Radial Adventuro ATX LT 285/75R16 tires (estimated delivery: June 16–20 via *****).
    Timeline of events:
    • June 17 – Received 2 tires
    • June 18 – Received 1 more tire
    • 4th tire never arrived; ***** tracking status stalled
    • June 22 – Seller blames ***** • July 2 – Seller stated item was out of stock
    • July 7 – **** closed case claiming all items delivered; appeal denied
    I never received the fourth tire. I declined the offer of a mismatched tread and proposed either:
    Summary of Complaints:
    • Priority Tire sold a product it did not have in stock and failed to fulfill the full order
    • **** failed to uphold their customer protection guarantee or ensure fair treatment of a paying customer
    • I paid for 4 tires, received only 3, and was denied both refund and replacement
    In a situation like this, good customer service would have involved proposing a comparable or even slightly upgraded tire set—even if it cost more—at no extra charge to the buyer, as a gesture of goodwill and accountability. Neither Priority Tire nor **** made any real effort to support me, despite my patience and clear communication throughout the process.
    Resolution Requested:
    • Immediate delivery of the correct 4th tire or full return/refund
    • Acknowledgment from both Priority Tire and **** of mishandling the case
    • BBB investigation into both parties’ business practices
    After a month of waiting, messaging, and getting nowhere, I’m left without a usable tire set.

    Avoid at all costs. They are liars, they take your money for installation of tires then never pay the installer (My installer had no proof of payment from them). If you need to return tires, just sell the tires. It will save you lots of headaches. They also lie to customers about return labels. One customer was told they were complimentary, yet they charged me $55 for them. Lousy and sleezy

    Watch out for priority tire! They charge you for tire disposal even though they are not disposing of them. They claim it is a mandatory fee but I have never been charged this when I dispose of my tires myself. I feel this is just a way to rip people off for more money.

    Do not do business with this company ....I ordered tires and didn't realize they were 8 ply tires so I figured I'd pay to ship them back and told them to send me a different set right away....no big deal. So I take of work and send 2000 dollar set of tires back a month ago and still haven't seen the return. They are ridiculous to get ahold of. I should have read reviews before ever buying from there. So upset

    I received tires sold as "new" but found they were over 3 years old (dated Feb 2022). I contacted Priority Tires multiple times, but they were completely unhelpfuljust kept asking for more photos of tires they themselves shipped to the installer, instead of resolving the issue. They refused to acknowledge the problem or take responsibility. Their customer service was evasive, dismissive, and clearly trying to wear me down rather than fix the issue. I will never buy from them again.

    These people should be ashamed of themselves! I purchased a set of tires, only to be told by a local tire shop the were the wrong size. So. I promptly returned said tires and theyre claiming the issued a refund when in fact they have not! My bank can substantiate this. Still fighting with them with no luck. They should be investigated for their actions

    I ordered a set of tires through ******. Received them 03/21/25. I loaded them in my car and went to have them installed on 03/23/25, only to be told my BRAND NEW TIRES WITH ZERO MILES on them are "out of round". My car bounces like a demon on the road. I started the warranty process. Sent over 24 pictures, instead of the 8 they requested. THEN they asked me to remove the tires from my car AND wheels to get more pictures they didn't request the first time. Now they have told me to "take whatever process I feel like", instead of making this right. I would not send my worst enemy there to purchase tires. The customer service is abhorrent. Especially ***. He is just a rude, nasty person. Basically stole my money, and won't stand behind a defective product.
