    Horrible customer service tried to return a set of 4 tires, company calmed to only receive 2 of the 4 this went on for 4 weeks trying to say that UPS separated my tires into 2 packages which they did not then I tried to file a clam but they sent a “refund “ for less then half of what they owe me and state they reduced the amount of the refund for a restocking fee along with not refunding me for the tax and shipping and then the shipping I covered to mail the tires back please read do not buy anything from priority tire they a crooks and thieves that run you for your money and refuse to help you! It’s very frustrating dealing with them please save your self the hassle and stay away from the company,who knows how many other people they have done this too.

    We are sorry to this type of review and will certainly dispute it. Firstly, you purchased the incorrect Item and asked to return it, which you did at your own cost, with your own Carrier. UPS provided you with a Label that could only support up to two (2) Tires, yet you apparently sent us all four (4) Tires back; whether that was UPS' or your fault is irrelevant, the fact of the matter is that this shipping method led to a situation where only half of the Return was initially delivered to our Warehouse. As such, we issued you a full refund for two (2) Tires: no restocking fee was applied in any way, with the Taxes being refunded to you by Amazon as usual. Upon UPS finally delivering the remaining two (2) Tires back to us, we did issue you the remainder of your refund. As such, you did receive all of your funds back. During all of this we regularly communicated with you and did our best to help in an open, transparent and fair way.

    Bought 6 new trailer tires from priority tires. They recommended transeagle for me. Installed tires on my rims which meant no returns or warranty. 1 out the 6 brand new tires had a very slow leak. Took to tire shop and they said manufacture defect. Priority tire need pictures and wanted me to remove from rim and get serial number on inside which there wasn’t one. Then they came back and wanted me to put back on rim and send them a video where leaking. I took brand new tire to a different tire shop and they also said this is a manufacturer defect. Now I’ve waited over 6 weeks and they tell me they won’t cover and I need to buy another tire at full price. I’ve had to spend another 30.00 to take tire off and back on rim at there request when they had were always going to deny claim. ALSO WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL PRIORITY TIRES YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR A FEW HOURS. BECAUSE THERE 30 OTHER CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF YOU WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. PLEASE DO NOT USE PRIORITY TIRES OR TRANSEAGLE . I’ve seen to many reviews saying the same thing!. At least if you take your trailer to a shop and they install there tire they will honor it.

    We do understand that you are upset but there is no need to misrepresent the situation. Firstly, as you know, we are a 3rd-party retailer that sells New tires in as-is condition: we do our very best to only deal with legitimate tires in excellent condition provided directly by the manufacturer, but as a 3rd-party retailer we cannot provide any type of Warranty for tires that are mounted and used. Instead, we can help our customers by processing the Manufacturer's Warranty. For those, all of the requirements and decisions come directly from the Manufacturer. In this case, they asked for the details you listed and determined that the tires were damaged in use. As you by now know, we intervened in the matter and escalated it, convincing them to overturn the decision and helping you with a replacement tire.
    For the long phone queue we can only apologize and advise that we experienced a massive surge of incoming traffic at the time, not because of complaints but ironically mostly from returning customers that were happy with our service and tires. We've since taken numerous steps to improve our service for better all-around performance and to prevent similar congestion. Once more we apologize for any difficulties or inconvenience regarding the Warranty process, we assure you we did all we could to help you in a fair manner and that is why we did ultimately help you with a Replacement in spite of Manufacturer's decision. Thank you for your understanding.

    I purchased 2 tires and I ordered wrong size. I send them back for return. They received them over a week ago and haven't give me my refund and I cant get ahold of anyone by phone or email.

    We do apologize sincerely for any and all delays you experienced, at the time we had a sudden increase of incoming traffic and were simply overwhelmed by emails, live chats and phone calls. As soon as it was humanly possible we processed your Order and issued the Refund! Naturally we have since taken numerous precautions and steps to improve our service since and learn from the experience, as we always strive for the best possible performance!     Impossible to get to customer service. Don't believe the "in-stock" values on their website. Orders take weeks to place, if at all.Waited 58 minutes on hold on the phone, went from 8th place to 12th place. Tell me how that's possible.Also, the whole time I was on the phone was in live-chat queue with 0 people ahead of me. No movement.Stay far, far away from these lazy and lying employees. Go elsewhere.

    They do not do their research like they say when trying to contact a delivery service that said an item got delivered to your house.

    We do apologize for any confusion, but we certainly do research and diligently conduct any and all shipping or delivery disputes! In your case we contacted FedEx multiple times to open FedEx Cases as well as escalated the matter to open FedEx Claims. We did everything in our power with all of the information available to us (provided by Amazon, FedEx and you) in an effort to fairly investigate your reported issue and assist you.     We are sorry to hear that you are upset. An unlucky stock issue did occur, we do our very best to avoid that by updating our inventory every single day but sometimes mistakes can occur. We contacted you as soon as possible and offered help - sadly you were hostile and unpleasant to our agent despite their best intentions to accommodate and make things right. A full refund has been processed. Our apologies were most sincere and well-intentioned, despite your hostility.

    Worst customer service! I purchased five Provider St tires. One of the tires was so out of round it could not be balanced by the tire shop. I was advised to contact provider tire for a replacement. Upon contact I was advised that they did not have a means to replace the tire. I would have to take numerous pictures of the tire and they would see what the manufacture would do. This is a new tire not a warranty issue. Requested a phone call from the manager never responded. Please do not use this site for tires you may well regret it. If they cannot replace a new out of round tire for me what will they do for you. I will put this review on every site I can find and will post a video on my you tube channel.
    UPDATE ! ! They are now indicating that I am crook.

    Your idiotic response matches what all of the reviews on Trustpilot have to say about priority tire customer service. I am sure people always purchase five tires take them to a tire shop have them mounted professionally just so they have one to complain about. It is obvious that your customer service tactic is to harass buyers into just forgetting about it. I have already purchased another tire as I needed it. And that store had a sixty day return policy. You people suck. Fortunately I can afford to loose $200.00. But I promise you that five days a week I will find a new place to write a bad review, contact the better business bureau post videos on youtube and cost you as many customers that I can. At some point you will realize that it would have been cheaper to refund my money. The fact that you do not see any of the bad Trustpilot reviews on you web site indicates that you should not be in business.

    I needed to contact the warranty department for priority tire and the warranty agents name is Robby B. I have never dealt with a business over the phone that was so willing to help and was so great! Robby was extremely nice, knowledgeable about the warranty process and willing to help in anyway he could through everything. Robby needs a fat raise! Every company needs a guy like Robby! His character alone will keep me buying from Priority tire! Thanks again for being so helpful!
