I wouldnt do this its totally a scam I give them ***** dollars to do the practice exam while they took my money I couldnt finish it because of family stuff dont give them your Money at all said it was too late refund my Money Total Bs!!!!!!!!

********, company policy is that any course that is opened is not eligible for a refund. The refund policy was stated at the bottom of your receipt when you enrolled. You were at 37% complete when you requested a refund. The Support rep who denied the refund over the phone when you called were just following company policy. This does not make us a scam. We take pride in our jobs and do the best we can everyday. That being said, while you are not eligible for a refund per company policy, we will still issue it. We understand that things happen sometimes and sometimes we need to **** the rules for our students. I hope your takeaway is that there are good people out there and that not every company is a scam. We wish you luck in all your future endeavors. You should receive your funds in a few days.Review from Mitch P

Currently in absolute h***. I am enrolled(half way thru) in the Property and Casualty certification course and I have never had a more frustrating on-line learning experience...or any learning experience for that matter. My biggest issue is that on chapter quizzes you are asked questions on prodcts that have yet to be introduced!. Asked Inland Marine questions on Ch. 2 when that product is introduced in Ch. 8!!!. The course is very wordy and jumbled and seems to skip around instead of following some sort of understandable flow to the material. I took Life and Health thru Hondros and passed my state exam with flying colors. I am already planning on PAYING FOR AN EXTRA MONTH just so I can be sure to pass my first exam and get into the job I was hired for, but hey, Xcel made their $$$. I will go absolutely go ANYWHERE else to re-certify and would not recommend this particular course to anyone.Xcel Solutions LLC Response

I actually used there course with a company that paid for the course. However, even with the course paid for I still had to purchase a different course with a different company because there course didnt offer a diversity of learning styles it was just a bunch of literature that had a lot of typos and grammatical errors throughout making it difficult for anyone who is new to the information to understand. And the quizzes also were marking answers wrong when you actually got it correct leading you to believe the answer the recommended was correct. And on top of that it seems to be one of the most expensive courses. Definitely not worth the money. I could have ordered a book for this price and got the equivalent of what this course offered if not better.Xcel Solutions LLC Response

First off, the one about the zoom meeting just sounds like you were dumb. they never ask to meet over zoom sounds like that had nothing to do with XCEL and more like you were frauded by someone else. if it was in the company then it was a messed up employee(s), but again doesn't really sound like it.Second, I got my 215 license with XCEL they are not an MLM. I had no issues at all. TO BE FAIR I never asked for help. mostly because the courses are set up so what you need it in the videos and readings. there were only 2 things i had to look up by itself; they were pretty straight forward answers. The only complaint I have is that the videos are so robotic. I would think, "if someone nods there head and gestures to the right one more time in these videos, I'm going to have to drop this course." It was annoying. but overall it was a fine experience.If you need someone to hold your hand while you study then go to college this is for people who move at a normal/fast study rate.Review from Johny R

Johny, Your review seems to be rather unfair. While I understand the frustration of not being able to get the course you wanted, we clearly state that this is a 40 hour conversion course. As a matter of fact, the title of the course is "******* Property and Casualty Conversion Course Pre-Licensing". State approval for the full 200 hour course is underway however we must wait until they go through their process. So to recap, we clearly state that this course is a conversion course in our shopping cart. I cannot provide screenshots here so make sure to visit our site again to view. What a wasteful site, should be taken down. they should not be in business to provide certification for other people.
