Betsy S******** was an Excellent, knowledgeable person. On February 13, 2024, I called and spoke to a gentleman I forgot his name, but after sharing my situation owing both *** and *********** I felt there was hope for my situation. I was given a quote but shared I was in no position to pay all upfront, This gentlemen placed me on hold and came back on the line with good news, I was given a $1000 off along with the option to pay biweekly at a rate comfortably for me. Shortly after ************************* reached out to me he was my assigned Tax Specialist. He was very knowledgeable patient and informative with me, he communicated via email and also I was called every other week with an update on my case. Friday April 19, 2024 ****** called and also emailed me with a resolution to my *** case.I owe the *** approx $17,000 he was able to place my account with the *** in "non collectible status". My *********** tax situation is pending resolvment but I am very pleased and happy with the outcome of my federal taxes. I know it will be a matter of time till I hear from ****** regarding my *********** resolution. Thank Tax Defense Network. I feel like a huge burden has been released off my shoulders. !!!! ******* (MD)
