On 03/11/25, BBB sent correspondence to Tax Defense Network requesting their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint. Our team has been incredibly disappointed to hear clients felt our services were falling short of

expectations and lacking value. Since the inception of our company, we have worked diligently to be

at the forefront of the tax resolution service industry but also the customer service industry.

Our customers are the reason we thrive as an institution, and their support means the world to us.

To continue to uphold our mission to assist those in need and to provide a helpful hand where none

Quality Assurance Practices

Based on our client feedback, our quality assurance practices are in need of updating and refinement.

This will be our first step in assuring each client receives the communication necessary to progress

their services and to reach a representative with any questions or concerns that may arise during their

time with us.

These quality assurance processes will also work to address any client questions regarding their

projected outcome(s) for services, as it seems we have an opportunity to better explain the short-term

and long-term goals to relieve our clients of their tax burdens.

Service Information Resources

Tax Defense Network offers 100% free tax resources and information on our website, and while we

hope each client has an opportunity to visit these pages, we understand this may not always be the

case. To encourage a more informative and transparent environment for our customers, we will work

to improve communication regarding our services, policies, contact processes, and tax-related

information so our customers can truly understand what is occurring with their services.

Having a more informed customer base allows us to ensure they are comfortable and confident in the

work being provided by our team. It also benefits our clients by providing them with the information

necessary to prevent recurring tax issues in the future.

Training

Employee training is a consistent part of our business process, but similar to our quality assurance

procedures, we may have an opportunity for improvement. We will revisit our current training to

ensure our employees are not simply well-versed in tax knowledge but are consumer-minded enough

to place themselves in their client's shoes. To empathize with our clients is to understand their

circumstances and plights and make them our own.

We understand and hear our clients.

Our team does not take this feedback for granted. We are grateful for this opportunity to improve and
