    My business got behind in payroll tax payments through loss of income, and primarily a large job where the funds were delayed, and the customer did not pay the final $50,000 of the construction job. I had tax levies and wanted to work out a payoff with a reasonable amount that I could pay by liquidating all of my business assets. Initially I was given the impression that the Tax Defense Network would agree to negotiate on behalf of my business, and my personal responsibilities so that both my debt could be paid, and my wife would not have her small retirement lost. It has been two years struggling under the advice of this company which has resulted in a nightmare with my business and personal accounts at the REMOVED. The company, after I signed and paid $12,000.00 to negotiate a settlement informed me that there are no negotiating payroll taxes. We have had multiple representatives from this company who were supposedly handing our case, none of which actually communicated directly with the REMOVEDWe have received so many half-truths and bad guidance that even after agreeing to two separate payment plans with the REMOVEDand the Tax Defense Network washing their hands of me as case solved, I still received a certified letter from the REMOVEDdemanding thousands more dollars. The company on multiple occasions has refused to contact me. My wife and I, struggling to live on social security have had more trauma with what this company has put us through to the point of both mine and my wife's physical and mental health being affected. Despite being told that I should not speak directly to the REMOVEDin one afternoon, yesterday, in about one hour, I received more clarification on my issues with the REMOVEDthan I did in 2 years dealing with the Tax Defense Network. They charged $12,000 to set up two payment plans, which we discovered we could have done ourselves, and basically given us bad information after bad information. I feel a partial refund is appropriate for their misrepresentation.

    I HAVE DEALING TAX DEFENSE SINCE OCT SINGING A CONTRACT FOR REMOVEDTO BE MY POWER OF REMOVEDAT THE TIME REMOVEDPROMISE THAT HE WOULD BE THE ONLY PERSON I WOULD WORK WITH WHICH WAS FALSE. I TOLD THE REMOVEDADVOCATE THAT THEY SAID THE FILE AND I GOT THE COPIES OF PAPERWORK THEY SENT ME AND EMAILS AND TEXTS MESSAGES. SHE DOUBLE AND SAID THERE'S NOTHING. THIS COMPANIE IS SOME FORM OF REMOVEDAND A SCAM. THEY KEEP SENDING ME TO NEW SUPPOSEDLY TAX ANALYST THEY ONLY GIVE INFORMATION POSTED IN DATA BASE FROM LAST REMOVEDHOWEVER THEY CANNOT FIND ANY RECORDS OF MY PAPER WORK. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECORDS AND MAKE COPIES BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD I DON'T CARE WHO RESPOND ON THEIR TAX DEFENSE BEHALF BECAUSE ONLY A PART OF THEIR DIGUISE TO CONTACT. THESE PEOPLE ALL OUR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION NEEDED TO COMMIT ADDITIONAL FRAUD. I RECCOMEND COMING TOGETHER WITH A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT BECAUSE THIS IS WELL OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR MOST OF US IF YOU READ THE REVIEWS.

    Good afternoon and thank you for responding to my concern and complaint within being a client with Tax Defense Network. I have a client with the company since Aug, 08/11/2025 when signed up with REMOVEDwho then confirmed that he would be the only person I would be talking to because that was my concern before getting started with the Tax Defense Network program in which I am paying $150.00 every two weeks. I then discovered that the information that Mr. REMOVEDwas not found to be truth, because soon after I had signed the contracted I kept being assigned to Ms. REMOVED08/28/2025. Then Mrs. REMOVED.     On December 2025 i was researching companies that could help me resolve a tax debt. Tax Defense contacted me. I signed a contract and agreed to a down payment of $500.00 and monthly payments of $309.65. I was only contacted once by an assigned Tax analyst about 2 weeks after I had initiated the contract. I submitted my financial information into tax dome app and now when I try to login to tax dome it states my account has been deactivated. My Tax representative nor my point of contact has returned any of my calls.

    I have been helping my disabled friend back taxes. He contacted the Tax Defense Fund for help in completing the last 5 years of tax returns. They assured him they could help complete the form and resolve his tax due with the govt. We provided documentation for the tax returns. However, when what we provided did not match what they found, they ignored our documentation, including official tax forms from casinos for winning. They refused to complete gambling losses without win/loss statements from the casinos. The spreadsheet we sent documenting what was spend was not good enough. Even when I pointed out that win/loss statements only show what is recorded when a player's card is in the machine and is not an accurate reflection of the wins/losses. I have provided the spreadsheet to the REMOVEDwhen questioned and it was accepted without a question. Who are these people to impersonate the REMOVEDby auditing the information we provided. They also determined that a property was inherited at least 7 years prior to the date it was actually inherited. They went by the date of the quick claim deed and the value assessed by the county. The quick claim deed was filed with the county 7 years later. That is the date that should be considered for inherited capital gains. The property values in this area have sky rocketed so the value according to them is far less than the value when it was inherited. That makes quite a difference in the capital gains tax.These are just a few of them items we noticed. He can not sign the tax forms knowing they contain incorrect information. This issue needs to be resolved. Tax Defense Network seems to think they are IRS Auditors. They refuse to include the correct documentation we provided and insist on completing the tax forms their way. Even the REMOVEDacknowledges that the ultimate responsibility for incorrect information falls on the tax payer. Send me the email address to send the email documentation to.

    I am the REMOVEDfor REMOVED. I was the one working with Tax Defense Network. I had REMOVEDsend an email to day listing all the complaints and telling them he was cancelling the REMOVEDprovided to help with the taxes and disputing the charges to his credit card they have already made and were continuing to make. They responded that they would "investigate" and replay in 3 to 5 days. Since I have been disputing the items they listed and failed to list on his taxes, I'm sure it will be the same nonsense they tried to pull on me.

    On December 2nd, 2025 i was researching companies that could help me resolve a tax debt. Tax Defense REMOVEDcontacted me. I signed a contract and agreed to monthly payments of $785. I was only contacted once by an assigned Tax analyst about 2 weeks after I had initiated the contract. After I submitted REMOVEDletters and a financial disclosure form, I requested confirmation of information and a timeline. No one contacted me, after numerous emails and text messages. On Jan. 16th 2026 I called the company and canceled the contract. I will follow up with a. Certified letter to make sure they do not take out any other payments.

    I contacted Tax Defense Network on 10/15/25 to see if they could work out a better deal between me and the REMOVEDthan the current payment plan that I'm in. REMOVEDcharged me $250 to investigate and assured me he would get back to me by Tuesday 10/21/25. Not only did he not get back to me, he has ignored repeated texts and voicemails. I received ONE response back from him stating that he had a "family emergency" and that he would reach out to someone in the office to assist me. I have been calling and texting repeatedly for 3 days now and nobody has returned any of my messages.

    Tax Defense Network helped me set up payments with the IRS for back taxes. In the amount that they charged me they included a fee to do my 2024 taxes. They never reached out to me too do my taxes. I reached out tip them and they said they would send me a packet. I never received anything in the mail. I told them I was anticipating a return and wanted that applied to the balance that I owed to the IRS before they contacted the IRS on my behalf. That never happened and I went ahead and completed my 2024 taxes throughout Turbo Tax. I reached out to Tax Defense again and I was told they received authorization to refund me for paying for my own taxes. To date I have not received the refund. I have reached out to them multiple times by email, phone call, text. I was told the money would be refunded again then they stopped responding to my calls and texts. They continue to withdraw money on a weekly bases for the fees they charged me to help me set up payments with the IRS. At no point did they ever negotiate with the IRS to lower my taxes. I'm requesting they refund me for $237.27. If Tax Defense charged me more to do my taxes then I am requesting they reimburse me for that amount as well.

    I retained tax resolution services from Tax Defense Network in October of 2024 to resolve an issue on my behalf with the IRS. Since then, no meaningful work has been done and my case remains unresolved. I have been charged $3,500 for these services, of which approximately $2,500 has been paid in the form of monthly recurring payments. I am seeking assistance in recouping the funds that I have paid since it has been well over 6 months and no work has been done to move my case forward despite multiple attempts to contact this company.

    So in 2024 I was looking for help to deal with my tax burden. I was contacted by tax defense and the representative promised to speak with the IRS and that my interests and accruals will stop accumulating. My monthly tax payment will be reduced to very minimal or nothing, and after 10 years, the leftover amount will be discarded. I was charged a huge amount, which I could not afford at the time, and we made a payment plan. I was assigned to an accountant who only made a payment plan with the IRS. My tax burden was not reduced, instead it is still increasinbg because the interests and accruals are still rising. I complained through email, but no one from Tax Defense responded to me. I wasted $5000 I should have paid towards my taxes. Since they could not help me, I need my money back and I am pained for all the time I spent going back and forth with the accountant who is an independent contractor hired by tax defense. I could have made the payment plan myself.

    Tax Defense Network was suppose to help lower some of the penalties and fees that I owe the IRS and State. What we ended up with was the state garnishing my husbands pay checks and with the IRS they were just trying to set up a payment plan. I told them that I felt like they screwed us over and that I was wasting my money by paying them, when I could have called the State and IRS myself and made a payment plan. On April 22nd I spoke to a lady who told me they would refund money back and that I would be receiving a phone call with in 48hrs. I never received the phone call, and I have left 2 messages on April 28th and 29th. I want a phone call or email telling me when my money will be refunded.
