After having a new roof we also added a Patio Room. Following completion we noticed leaking in patio room and called ***** ******. He eventually came to check but said there was no problem., Since then our den has been leaking also ruining the wall. I called ******** office repeatedly and was told he would call me back. It was only after threatening to contact BBB that he called and came by. At that time he said he would have his roof man come by which did not happen, As of now our roof is still leaking and the wall in our den is leaking and ruined. Before we had the new roof, our den never leaked.Business response

we will have a roofing contractor come out to look at the roof we installed, Between July 6 th and July 13th the company will be ****** ******* ***.Tell us why here...Customer response
