    This company was absolutely atrocious. It took them many phone calls and weeks to come repair. Then, when sending my deposit refund, they refused to change the name on the check to my new married name and the bank refused to cash it. They are not easy to get in touch with nor work with. I will never rent from them again

    Ive been renting from progress residential for 2 1/2 years and have over 150 work orders. Never paid rent late but the company likes to add $125 late fees weeks before the rent is due, so if your not paying attention to your invoice youll be paying extra fees and they DONT refund the money nor put it towards the next rent for the following month.

    Terrible company! Never rent from Progress Residential, they are crooks and take advantage. They only partially fix the property then when everything starts falling apart & breaking they charge the tenants. For example damages are painted over to look fine so be very careful as their intent is to keep as much as they can if not all the deposit! One of their service / repair men admitted this to my wife when asked about wear and tear. Theyre always looking to find a reason to raise the rent. They also have to nerve to insist they can come in your home in announced if you are not home, a complete violation of privacy!

    Dont even deserve one star! Very Dissatisfied with Rent Progress! The third party ******** that they use to verify income is terrible. I tried to explain to both that my bank wasnt listed. I was forced to use a bank that I only use occasionally that doesnt even receive my paystubs. They asked for website only if other bank, and said they cant use them. So my application was denied without them even accepting actual proof of my income. Played circle game between the 2. No resolve! Bad review from me, and will pass it along to beware! They are quick to take your application fee and money to hold listing, hopefully I dont have to get an attorney to get the holding fee back!
