Our family purchased a home on May 15th, 2021. This sale included a Post Occupancy Agreement that allowed the sellers to remain in the home up until July 17th, 2021. at a reduced rate of $1000. In June, we received a partial payment, and I reached out to the sellers to find out that they would be moving out on June 21st. Per the Post Occupancy Agreement, the sellers were to have a professional "move out" cleaning- which we were told had been completed. On June 26th, our realtor ***** ********* walked through the home alone, with my husband and I on Facetime. We found that the home had not been cleaned. We were told by ******, the home would be cleaned again. on 7/1 our realtor again visited the home to find it had not been cleaned. Invoices and photos have been submitted however ****** without informing our realtor *****, called ******** ***** to have the deposit refunded to the sellers WITHOUT my signature on the release of funds of distribution authorization outlined in our POA.Business response

Firstly, ****** ****** did her best by informing ***** ********* and her client in regards to the proper protocol regarding Florida statutes for any of these situations.
Secondly, for the client to not care that an agent almost died of Covid, reflects on her character.

I spoke with agent ***** ********* end of July to confirm her buyer is going to complete the certified letter to the sellers per florida statutes. She was unhappy with cleaning so we had it redone. I confirmed with seller at end of July that they had not received anything. Buyer did not send letter until 1st week of august and did not include an invoice of cleaning. Let me know if you need anything else.
