    I had a procedure at this center and was not told up front that they do not bill your insurance. I was told that I could submit the claim myself for the procedure and my *** circled what I could submit to my insurance for reimbursement. I have been trying since June 2024 to get an itemized bill and the providers information. I was told the provider is now in ******* and I need to contact that office I dont understand why I did not have my procedure at the *************** I did call spoke with a lady left my call back information and have not received a callback almost a week now. I have concerns with the rock hard fat deposits on both sides of the belly. I seen the provider the day of the surgery and the one week follow up. For my other appointments I saw nurses/assistants that basically took pictures not really addressing my concerns or just state give it some time while Im dealing with a warped looking belly with fat deposits. I definitely would never recommend anyone who has double insurance to use this type of provider thats says one thing and do another. For the money I paid I regret it, it definitely was not worth it for the pain I went through waking up during the procedure and being told Im not feeling no pain! I felt the ********* being injected and it was extremely painful and uncomfortable. They pass the **** no one wants to take accountability when ask for information needed. All Im trying to do is submit my claim for reimbursement. Im being told the insurance company will deny because its elective. Just provide me with the information I need and let me try to get some of my money back from this awful choice of a provider I made.

    I had a procedure done at this center in February 2024 and the follow-up process has been unacceptable. I was supposed to have seen the surgeon at the 3 and 6 month follow up appointments, however I saw him only once at my one-week follow up it has been over five months since I saw the doctor. Since my 6-month follow up Aug 12, Ive been attempting to get someone from the center to address a revision that needs to be completed and cannot get any response. My sono bello rep ***** is also unable to get any response from this group despite numerous attempts. Im concerned that this may be a permanent health issue.

    Updated. After leaving my earlier review, the center reached out to me and they worked diligently to answer, address, and satisfy all of my concerns. The revision was successfully completed and the process has exceeded my expectations.
