    I purchased a 2015 Acura MDX at ******* of orange park, *************** on 1-22-24. I paid $19,850 cash & traded in my 2007 Santa Fe for $3,200. Before the salesman gave us the key he told us the "Emission System Problem" light was on but just needed some code and to bring it in to service ***** We were told to bring it in Monday a week later. (I had a 30 day warranty) ******* phoned, said to take it to Acura for diagnosis. Acura said the whole injector kit needed to be replaced. ******* didn't respond so we drove back to *******. ******* said Acura was trying to make money; their own mechanics to diagnose it. I left my Acura with *******. 4 weeks later ******* said injector kit ordered. ******* only replaced injectors. Got car back, ESP light was on. Finally ******* said they'd pay Acura to replace the rest of the injector kit, the fuel rail and joint. This was done on April 4, 2024, Acura charging ******* $1,852.83. On the way home ESP light came on. Acura found crack in intake manifold. Acura sent it to my extended warranty. Endurance's claims adjuster came to Acura, denied it saying was caused by improperly installing intake manifold. Acura said they never touched the intake ************ can pay $1,600 to replace it or drive it damaged. Yesterday talked to mechanics& two auto shop owners who all said that the intake manifold must be removed to replace the injectors &/or fuel ************* Online: Fuel injector replacement: fuel injector replacement is not difficult. You have to remove the air intake manifold and then you get access to the fuel rails.Both ******* & Acura removed intake manifold to get to the injectors & fuel ************* ***** of Acura says his mechanic denied removing intake manifold when he replaced the fuel rails. Acura was the last one to remove/replace intake manifold & claims adjuster at Acura noted intake manifold was improperly installed. Acura needs to replace the damaged intake manifold.     We have bought and leased Acura's since 2005. 05 TSX, 11 TSX, 16 TLX, 19 RDX, 22 MDX. All of these have been through ***** or Orange Park. I can assure you that after our 22 MDX lease return this week you need to steer clear of them at all costs! We agreed to a deal three days ago after they looked over our pristine low mileage lease return and offered cash on top in the form of a check. We came in today and all of a sudden it's half of what's agreed to. Classic bait and switch. Their shady sales tactics and lack of honesty is disheartening with us being such loyal Acura owners for so long. I would suggest going to ***** Acura for any and all purchases and leases. The only reason we went with Orange Park at the time was because they had what we wanted instock. However if you find something you like at Orange Park have ***** transfer the vehicle to them and purchase from *****. Acura makes a solid vehicle with some quirks as most manufacturers however we decided to become a Lexus Family. Hope this helps people looking to shop at Acura of Orange Park.***
