RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! We are going on two weeks and still have not received our stuff! They will give you a quote then when they arrive for pick up the price will double! Then they hire homeless people off the street with absolutely no moving experience to come into your home to load your items. This was the worst experience we have ever had!

!! Buyer Beware !! This company is terrible and customer service is lack luster. They took the Bait and switch approach with a very simple move of less than 5 miles away from the old house to the new house. They cause property damage to my home and to my a brand new refrigerator. These guys are suppose to be professional movers. What a joke it took them 3 hours@ ****** to figure out how to get the refrigerator out of the house when they could have simply removed the doors. Once everything was loaded which took 6 hours @ ****** something that should have took only half the time. then once they left the old address they took and hour lunch break and then once they got to the new address demanded payment in full prior to unloading any of our items. The total cost to move 4.2 miles and move 2 bedroom sets and and some items in da garage was $1800.00. a complete joke and said if we didnt pay in full they would put our items in storage and charge us a overnight storage fee. !! Buyer beware !! dont used this company !!Royal Moving and Storage Response

I was called for a long distance move. First **** called then ****** call until I gave the down payment. Then the price went up and up. Tried to contact them to adjust my items to reduce the price. I didn't receive a contact by any means, I tried to e mail them using the business email address. No such address. I have lost my down payment to scam artist. I recently moved from Orange Park to Atlantic Beach and I had a great experience. The movers also handled my packing and everything went smoothly.
